Help w/ Ancient Gear Deck and Water Dragon Deck

Hi I just my hands on 1 Ancient Gear Golem and 2 Water Dragon. I wan to make seperate decks for both but I'm not too sure how to start one can get some help making them?

If you find my article I did on Water Dragon, reviewing it, you can get an idea. Do not bother making an Ancient Gear Deck yet. You will not be able to. The next set to come to the TCG will effectively make it possible to have Crowlers Deck in exact form. I mean you could attempt to do it, but it just would not work as well. Do not bother making a Water Dragon Deck in my opinion. I think people are looking at how cool it looks and the fad of it will die out when they realize how easily beatable it is.
 
Fine I'll take your word for the Water Dragon deck, but that still doesnt help me making a Anicent gear deck, I know the shadow of infinity expansion gave ancient gear a huge boost. But i would like to make the ancient gear deck now. I have 1 golem and 2 beasts, and 3 soldiers. Any suggestions on how to run it?

Not really. You COULD always just stick them into a regular Machine-Type Deck until the Ancient Gear support comes to the TCG.

Smashing Grounds? That is like saying a monster could perform well, but alas Smashing Ground. Personally, it be pointless right now to make a Ancient Gear Deck. Without the cards right now, it just be almost impossible to get it playable. The reason I say wait is because you will understand the insanity they bring. Ancient Gear Cannon, Ancient Gear, Ancient Gear Castle, just to name a few. I just recently had a duel where it went:

Opponent Normal Summons Ancient Gear Cannon, activates Machine Duplication. Activates Limiter Removal. All 3 are at 3000 ATK. Attack, I lose 3000 and then I lose another 1500 from their Tribute effect. It is a shame we do not have Satelite Cannon in the TCG.
 
Here one of my Ancient Gear decks base upon Professor Chronos/Crowlers deck from Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, its alittle old though, I'm going to get around to rebuilding it when Shadows of Infinity comes out. This Ancient Gear deck would be a somewhat primative build of the Medieval Shadow deck, I hope this idea helps and you'll notice I added in my own twists and turns but its quite playable
