I admit this deck needs fixing...

ok.. i made my changes above... now for the explanations...

You had great monsters for control, but they lacked the ability to work together... also i felt you lacked a bit of firepower... first the losses
- all Gravekeepers.... these had good potential, but not in here, they only seem to be able to hurt you in here..
- Time Wizard ---- too risky
- Toon Gemini - too slow.. you can summon, but she has to wait till next turn to attack... too slow for my tastes..
-White Magical Hat... ok.. i know its a light too, but its ok, there are better choices for control...

as you will see I added one more Ancient Lamp... I feel these have great potential for control... also i maxed you out on the Apprentice Magicians, these will provide you some more Searchabilty, control factor , field presence (can fetch M.O.F or the lamp, or Vindictive).... plus you can put her face up to add another counter to breaker.. then you can kill yet another spell / trap...

I did not change ALOT with the spells, mainly i made room for 2 Creature Swap... what is control without it...lol.. Swap+Apprentice Magician = another monster to utilize for YOU.... Swap + a face up Ancient Lamp = BAD DAMAGE TO THEM... you have plenty of options here with Creature Swap.. I DID try not to affect your card count, but if the 2 cards i removed NEED TO BE THERE..... go ahead... IMO 42 is not a bad card count at all, especially with how quick this deck will end up being...

Now I noticed 2 Magician's Circle... that is why I added the Dark Magician Girl.. between her and Injection Fairy Lily you will have aweseome firepower to kill your opponent with...
the added Kycoo and Skilled Dark should be self explanitary...

PLUS .. you still have a few Lights for Chaos Sorcerer....and with the construct of this deck, you can fetch those pretty quickly.... hope Ive helped... Laterz
 
You should really check the card readings more closely. Apprentice Magician's effect is a non graveyard effect, that means that the current owner can pick a level 2 spellcaster when it is destroyed by battle.
Flipping your Dark Magician of Chaos face-down isn't very helpful since his effect is not activated when it is flipped face-up. The only positive side of flipping Dark Magician of Chaos face-down is that he won't be removed from play when he is removed from the field (when he is in face-down position).
And a suggestion, replace Dark Magician Girl with Magical Marionette, he is special summonable with Magician's Circle...

Nice suggestions... I'll post again when I make another update (I need to digest the suggestions and put it into deck design)

But yeah... Dark Magician Girl?! I don't have DM. And DMoC almost never hits the graveyard cause when that card is removed from the field, it's removed from play. Magical Marionette is way better then DMG.

And Toon Gemini Elf isn't TOO slow with the help of Magical Dimension. Set my MD, then when my foe attacks, trigger MD, and play TGE. Usually my foe can't kill that 1900ATK monster, and then at my turn, yay, I can attack and make my foe discard. But yeah, I HAVE to have MD for this or else it's too slow.

And Magican's Circle is a BIT slower then MD I realised. The prob is that the only spellcaster people runs in decks (except spellcaster decks) is MoF, Breaker, and GK Spy's. That's it usually. MoF never attacks, GK Spy never attacks, (And I'm seeing less GK Spy these days) and Breaker 100% destroys my MC before I can activate to pull out my spellcaster from my deck. But what I DO like about Magician's Circle is that it FORCES my foe to get a spellcaster from their deck onto the field if they have a spellcaster in their deck in face-up attack position. This screws up MoF and GK Spy cause they're flip effects, and even Breaker is screwed cause he can't add a counter so it's a 1600 Normal Monster. (And thus I'm still keeping 2x MC)

Yeah, I don't like White Magical Hat or Time Wizard, but they were there for Light food for Chaos. (There isn't that much good Light Spellcasters.) White Magical Hat works as a wanna-be version of Donny. (But with this card, it'll literally have to be a direct hit damage in order to do damage) And Time Wizard, well, pray I get the pot luck right. (I HATE pot luck cards.) And I'll only use Time Wizard when I got only Time Wizard out on my field, or maybe some goats. (Then I won't take too much LP burn when I fail)

But yeah, I hate decks over 40. I will make it a 40 deck even after revisions. (Even with deck thinning speed, anything over 40 is stupid unless it have a REAL GOOD REASON)

I really can't think of how to upgrade. Maybe Chaos Command Magician just because it's a 2400ATK monster that's immune to DD family, Exiled, Zaborg, etc. It would be more interesting if we had access to Darkred Enchanter for this deck. Not sure of Magical Beast Cerberus is worth it in this deck... (probably not...) Or maybe I should run some Peten the Dark Clown
