Hi, im Rinnes. Im from Czech Republic too...
Bah, i wish Yu-gi-oh! is more popular here.

I like Yu-gi-oh! of course, fencing, anime, and fantasy.
From Yu-gi-oh! decks i like dragon types and rock types, but im using dinosaurs right now. I thing that's all for now.
 
Welcome to COG Rinnes ! We'd be delighted to help where we can enjoy yourself here and with any games you enjoy playing. Feel free to ask questions, post your decks for help, and pipe in on discussions.

As far as the popularity goes, be patient, it's relatively new there I assume? TCGs take a little time to grow in popularity.
 
That's pretty new Rinnes. The best way to help the popularity of the game grow is by demonstrating it to others and helping them to have fun with it. If you can, try and keep 3-4 decks of varying themes and with varying degrees of difficulty to play. This way you'll have a deck available for anyone who you run across that wants to learn or learn more. Though it's hard to do sometimes, don't be afraid to let them win their first time they play either, people are always more encouraged to play more if they experience success early on.

One easy way to start people out is to carry a couple of structure decks around like a Zombie and Dragon deck for instance.
 
Don't worry, we know this :) BTW: Rinnes is my friend, we both judge (or better, we are preparing to, because at first we had shortage on players) in one store :) And we are connected to other people through our republic. Everybody here is trying their best to make Yu-gi-oh more popular :) It's on a good way though, we should have a National tournament in near future :D
 
Here's hoping you're right Dasher! We'd all love to see the game be a big success in your area. It sounds like you two are a good start to that success....and please!...we're here to help in any way possible and you've found a great resoruce for that help.

I assume you've already found RONIN and Deck Studio? Two outstanding programs offered from the fine staff here and totaly free!
 
Yep :) I already downloaded everything I came across :) And don't worry, I'm sure we will have a ton of questions :D
 
Well, we don't have problems with new sets, we're even having Sneak Previews here :) But the problem is with older sets like Magician's Force :)crying I need second Dark Paladin), Dark Revelation 1 and older Structure decks like Warrior's Triumph, Spellcaster Judgement and others ... So although we have ultra super new cards, we do not have older cards which are used most often ...

But I think that every set was here, even if it was just one booster pack :)
 
Hopefully yolu can find the older structure decks somehow.....a lot of those cards are staples.

Thank you :) Well, tehres posibility to give an order for Structure Decks and Boosters from abroad, but its very expensive, and we are not so rich to afford it. But we have now bigger problem... a Corfix company, which is delivering and selling Yu-gi-oh! TCG in our country, gave us prerequisite to find 100 players in 5 months and take them to tournaments, or they will quit deliverin' Yu-gi-oh to Czech. Nice huh?
 
<pondering> So I wonder what the postage to Czech. is like from the U.S.? I have so many unused cards they're coming out my ears.
