Even if your opponent was successful in removing a light and a dark to "attempt" a summon of Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning, that is the cost payment to do so, but his summon to the field was negated, so he cannot be reborn with Call, Monster Reborn, Premature, Spear Cretin, The Shallow Grave, Autonomous Action Unit (if he did it to your BLS), etc. You would have to return him to hand or deck, then perform the removal of the monsters from the Graveyard again.

alright thats what i thought but just wanted to make sure
and i do have a question about another card
magical hats if you have 2 of them face down and 1 monster on my side of the field can i use both the magical hats to fill my field

EDIT: After rereading it and seeing that you mentioned only one monster, It could be possible, but you would lose 2 cards "deceptiveness" since you must select a monster for the effect, and that would leave the 2 non monsters on the field with their position given away, since they cannot be resuffled.

well my question was can i use 2 magical hats on one monster say i only have 1 monster on my side of the field and i use magical hats on one to get 2 non monsters then after my opponent declares an attak i use the other one to select 2 more non monster cards that would make a total of 5 monsters on my side of the field and after the first one resolves you have 3 monsters you can use the other one to select any of the monsters to get 2 more

I reposted above. Remember, you have to select a real monster, as the non monsters are destroyed when the turn ends.

It could be good for thinning your deck, but otherwise, its probably only worth it if your opponent has some heavy hitters (and hopefully no Trample Monsters!!!).

The fake cards are counted as monster cards. There seems no reason why you couldn't use one of them instead.

As there is no real ruling on that, I guess it could be that once the first Magical Hats resolves, the non monsters are now "monsters" and could be used as monsters for the effect of the 2nd Magical Hats.

It's been ruled that they can be sacrificed for a summon (via Ultimate Offering, which coincidentally the same timing).

You can only active Magical Hats during your opponents battle phase so how could you use UO on them?

Use Ultimate Offering during your opponent's Battle Phase (one of the few legal times to use it).

See what I mean? Ultimate Offering is in serious need of an errata. Hmmm . . .where have I heard that before?

Two Magical Hats, Huh? For that move I would go get two Statue of the Wickeds for the frist MH and another for the second. Or chain a Compulsory Evacuation Device to one of the "monsters" and get my Scapegoat early. Hmmm . . .possibilities.
