Horus 8+Level up = Horus 6?

hello i´m from mexico

a few people here say that i can use level up in Horus 8 to bring out horus 6...

is that correct??? the car name is "LEVEL UP" no "LEVE DOWN"...

well dont trust the name.
the card text says you can bring a monster that the lvl monster you select speaks of in its text. and it just so happens lvl8 speaks of lvl 6 in the "can only be special summoned by the effect of HORUS LVL 6" wich is why it can lvl down, beats the hell out of me why you'd want to though unless a shadow spell is attached to it or something.

:-o :boxing: ITS very clear the card says This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summmoned except by the effect of "Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6". As long as this card remains face-up on your side of the field, you can negate the activation and effect of any Spell Cards and destroy them
