thnx in advance

Froggie! need Treeborn Froggie! Also, the Horuses don't rely on Tributes (although since you're not running LV4, you will need to initially, but I use Mask of Restrict with my Ultimate Insects and you can here too. It could save you from an Exiled Force. Just a thought.

mmm nop, we don´t need it if we have Royals o_o'.-

-Ring of Destruction x1
-Mirror force x1
-Sangan x1
-Hydrogeddon x3
-Rush Recklessy x1
-Brain Control x1
-Last Will x1
-Reinforcement of the Army x1

+Horus the Black Flame Dragon x3
+Enemy Controller x3
+Nobleman of Crossout x1
+Book of Moon x1
+Pot of Avarice x1
+My Body as a Shield x1

that´s what I think =s...

well as an experienced horus user id say this isnt such a bad lineup... more of an aggressive lineup id say and you have alot of cards that help you control the tempo at your desired speed... most horus users make the mistake on rellying on horus or the lockdown to be their only win condition the fact that you have aggressive monsters is good... having pitch black and hydrogeddon lets you increase the tempo of the game and like a switch you can slow it down with gk spy so you can wait for the finisher cards... my suggestions are:

-2 giant trunade
-1 pitch-black
-1 rush recklessly
+1 smashing ground
+1 creature swap
+1 pot of avarice
+1 dda

thnx guys for the tips. now to respond to you all

I won't play treeborn because of the decrees + most cards are aggresive and I found that I'm rather relentless to set a treeborn when I could also summon and attack with something else. mostly treeborn is a dead card untill i draw graceful.

I'm playing a tribute heavy deck and am running 2 exileds so I'll keep the last will. Also since I'm playing 3 cyber dragons and 2 exileds, I want to combo 'em as much as possible so I'll keep the reinforcements to. losing RoD and mirror seems logic but horus+ decree isn't always active so I can't just dump 'em. I'll consider adding the pot of avarice, NoC, my body as a shield and the ennemy controlers.

as for sirviper's suggestions, what I get from you is "calm down a bit and use more tech".
I'll defenitely dump the 2 trunades for a smashing ground and a NoC. I do think I need the rush's though.

here's what I've changed it to:

one of my concerns is that I might need to play more than 40 cards in order to not draw into the hydrogeddons and the horus lv8. Is this true? how to fix it?

thnx in advance

poa is a usefull card that will help you recycle horus and other used cards...
dda is to increase the usefullness of rota since u have like only 3 warriors...
dont go over 41... 40/41 is ideal... dont worry about drawing horus lv8, it happens regardless of your deck size.

again thnx for the response, I'm getting a lot out of this.

here are the changes I'll try

-1 pitch-black warwolf
-1 rush recklessly

+1 D.D. assailant
+1 premature burial
+1 level up!

the deck goes from 40 to 41 cards. I think I'll play test this setup a couple of times, then consider the PoA.

all tips are still welcome!! :)

Well, it seems as though you're not even going to allow your opponent to actually use his monsters with an agressive line-up like this, but hey, I'm all over agression :). Still, the DDA and perhaps the level up, ought to be in your deck.;)

next time read more closely before you post/spam my thread. Those cards are already included.

a new thought crossed my mind :)

would playing 3 soul exchange 's (as if playing monarch control ) and an increased ammount of level up 's be beneficial?
I know you're obliged to skip your battle phase but at least you can get horus the black flame dragon lv8 out quicker.

mirror force leaves the mix for a call of the haunted.
I'm convinced to put in pot of avarice but am not sure what to take out. Level up seems most likely to be dismissed.
Because of the many dead draws this deck already counts, a horus the black flame dragon lv8 is also taken out.

decksize drops 1 card back to 40

here's the new line-up:

monsters (22)

spells (14)

traps (4)

I think it is a good lineup. There is no point saying what to be included or not if you do not play-test it first and tell us the result ( too heavy , too slow , etc ). I think such a comment from you would help.

well i think level up is just as much of a dead draw as horus lv8... the advantage to atking with horus lv6 rather then leveling it up is that horus with force your opponent to respond with something... sometimes that may kill your horus lv6 but it would be better then killing your horus lv8... also killing ur opps monster will make sure he has no tribute to summon his zaborg or something.
