How can I get Spell Card back from Graveyard, without MOF?

I know, I can flip Magician of Faith to return a spell card to my hand, but is there any other 'card' that will do the same thing thats no restricted to one?
 
Spell Reproduction. But that requires you to discard 2 Spell Cards.

Dark Magician of Chaos - Yeah it's restricted but it's exact same effect.

Spell Reproduction - Requires 2 other Spell Cards though.

A Feather of the Phoenix - Puts it on top of your deck but it's close enough.

Magical Stone Excavation - (Coming soon in Champion Pack 2) just like Spell Reproduction except you can use any 2 cards instead of 2 Spell cards.

And that's about all I can think of.
 
Actually that would just put it back in the deck. Pharaoh's Treasure would be better since that would let you add the card to your hand when you drew it.
 
The only decent way to get a spell card other then MoF is pretty much DMoC. When a card is restricted to 1, it means it SHOULD be restricted to 1. Another words, the game of YGO doesn't want you to abuse a 1 restricted spell card over and over. It's restricted for a reason.
 
Fiber Jar and exchange of spirits effectively allow you to return the contents of your graveyard to your deck (in exchange of spirits case, the graveyard becomes the deck). However, both cards are currently banned in advanced format, so that doesnt really help...

Fairy of the spring will only work for equip cards

There is the option of graverobber, but this will only work on your opponents graveyard. But it might be an idea.
