I just hate playing in Asia, when you have qustions, you cant ask Konami. Because their only and "Universal Language" is Japanese. So, when I have problems, I have to look to the West for help. Such as this Forum, Curtis... I hope Upperdeck's rule mirrors what Konami wants completely.

well some of the rullings mirror, but not all of them.
From my knowledge i was told that Konami has a whole rules page that the OCG has to base them selfs on.
as well as printing the now out of date Thousand Rules Bible.
If i were you, just ask around for a particular type of ruling.
most rulings will be the same, but some (dark necrophia) will be different.

The worst thing is the judges there(in tournament) are very lousy and the people that duels are poor at ruling but are simply good at making their own. One good example is when you sacrifice Peten the Dark Clown and they remove him and summons 1 more. I told them its wrong, but they don't believe, hence, I come here to reconfirm and get a better explanation trying to convince them.
