I have a decking problem. Could you guys please help?

Today I made this deck. I like it, but its hard because I don't have many cards for Manticore, and it has slightly slow speed. Pretty sturdy though. Any cards to take out and put in for Manticore. Also I'm gonna get my hands on another Manticore. I like the fact that I can use Rhynos effect for when he is Torrential Tributed to quickly bring out Manticore. I need another Manticore too.

You're a bit all over the place. My first suggestion is pick a theme and stick with it. If you want to use Manticores, I would suggest dropping the Elemental Heroes. They don't fit. Max out on the Rats and work in some Nimbles. Basically then you have several options to work with. Then for more support consider cards like Card of Safe Return (not just for Exodia decks) and Green Baboon, Defender of the Forest (though admittedly, this one is harder unless you subscribe to Shonen Jump). But really, Beasts, Beast-Warriors, and Winged Beasts should be used to support the Manticores so you'll always have them to get them back to the field.

Along those lines too as something else to consider, Wild Nature's Release and Exarion Universe. Exarion can trample, and if combo-ed with Wild Nature's Release you get a 3700 attacker or a 3300 Trampler.

Just some suggestions on where to start thinking.
 
The only reason I don't have a theme in because I don't have the cards to make a theme. I have already changed it since I posted it. I deals with Avoiding Traps. Well, actually this deck is just temperory until I can somehow get the cards I need to make my harpie deck. Or a Monarch deck. The cards I need for the deck are kinda connected. Smashings and Raiza's. I don't know how I am going to get those. Also is Spell Striker good in a Monarch deck? I would think that it is.
