After looking through FIRE, DARKNESS, and NATURE. I narrowed it down to what type of Deck I want to do. Armored Wyvern/Demon Command or Dragon (race) not just FIRE like Shobu does with say Rock-Beast or something else that matches my favorite card. This makes more sense of me because I play Water Dragon and I figure why not do something similiar to that in Duel Masters. What do you think?

The great thing with Duel Masters is that Theme decks strive in the game. Building a deck around a certain civilization, race, or card is normally pretty easy.
Personally I would go w/ Dragon and Demon Command. That allows for control and destruction, thats always a good mix.

The Armored Wyvern/Demon Command combo would let you use Chaotic Skyterror. Giving all of your Demon Commands +4000 power and Double Breaker is pretty cool.
Dragons don't really give much support to Demon Commands, but you could use Demon Commands in a deck with Super Necrodragon Abzo Dolba. Heck, any of those Zombie Dragons could mix with Demon Commands for a sick mix of Double Breakers.
I'd suggest collecting some good Demon Command stuff, then pursuing either Dragons or Wyverns first. After THAT deck gets finished, work on getting stuff for the other race so you can try that out too.
