I'm new and need some deck assistance.

I still run a Zombie type deck, because I don't have many good other cards to construct a new deck. I'm working on getting a Treeborn Frog, D.D. Assailant, another Cyber Dragon, and some more Monarch Cards. This is what I'm running right now.
----------------
Monsters: (22)
1x Despair from the Dark
2x Ryu Kokki
1x Dark Dust Spirit
1x Vampire Lord
3x Pyramid Turtle
1x Spirit Reaper
3x Hydrogeddon
3x Giant Rat
2x Cyber Dragon
1x D.D. Warrior Lady
1x Exiled Force
1x Mobius the Frost Monarch
1x Sangan
1x Injection Fairy Lily
----------------
Spells: (14)
1x Scapegoat
1x Mystical Space Typhoon
1x Book of Moon
1x Snatch Steal
1x Premature Burial
2x Call of the Mummy
2x Magiacl Mallet
2x Book of Life
1x Heavy Storm
1x Nobleman of Crossout
1x Brain Control
----------------
Traps: (4)
1x Mirror Force
1x Torrenrial Tribute
1x Royal Decree
1x Sakutersu Armor

There was some changes to the deck made before I posted it. It originally had two Creature Swaps, but I traded them for Magical Mallets because I kept getting dead draws and had nothing to do with them. Magical Mallet helped me get the good starter cards out first. Sakuretsu Armor is supposed to be Ring of Destruction, but I still need to get one. I need some assistance and I don't care If you change the over-all 22 Monster-14 Spell-4 Trap Card layout. Please be my guest. You can even change the deck to not be a Zombie deck for all I care. I'll just need to get my hands on the cards that you suggest. But so far this deck is 1 win-6 loss, and thats not good. So please help me fix this.

Honestly, I don't see any major flaws with the deck. What type of player are you? What type of decks do you tend to lose against? Answering these questions may be able to tell us how we can fix it, or at least adjust it to better suit you.

its really not bad at all...( i'm with jathro there...) you might swap a magical mallet with pot of avarice even though you have book of life and premie - PoA will let you draw 2 ....
there are some fun tricks with instant fusion, reaper on the nightmare and book of life that you might like...
you only have 4 traps and not much 1 for 1 destruction...so maybe a couple bottomless trap holes...smashing ground or fissure...even hammershot if you are careful...another exiled...
you have a good selection of recruiters that pull from deck to field- thats a big plus...special summons with book of life and premie
and treeborn and dark dust spirit make one of the most evil loops in the game- 2 in 40 can be hard to hook up but worthwhile
(be sure you have a mp 2 spcl summon or spell/trap support for opponents turn)
your magical mallets tell us a big thing might be drawing monsters you would much rather spcl summon from deck to field - a snipe hunter or lightening vortex might help clear a top heavy hand...but add call of haunted and another book of life with PoA so expended resources arent gone forever
and do tell what you have trouble with there are a lot of really sharp & creative people here that are free with wisdom & ideas....it may be just proper side decking (like putting in kinetic soldiers to fetch with giant rat in a warrior match up) or gameplay help to get the most out of your deck ( like being sure you creature swap a turtle, use or trib his monster, atk& destroy your turtle , fetch ryu kokki and atk with him)

Here's how I run my Zombie deck, maybe you can use some of the ideas

Monsters (22)
3x Ryu Kokki
2x Dark Dust Spirit
2x Vampire Lord
3x Cyber Dragon
3x Pyramid Turtle
1x Spirit Reaper
2x Giant Rat
2x Snipe Hunter
1x D.D. Warrior Lady
1x Treeborn Frog
1x Sangan
1x Exiled Force

Spells: (16)
1x Scapegoat
1x Mystical Space Typhoon
1x Book of Moon
1x Snatch Steal
1x Premature Burial
2x Instant Fusion
2x Brain Control
2x Book of Life
1x Heavy Storm
2x Shrink
2x Creature Swap

Traps: (4)
1x Mirror Force
1x Torrenrial Tribute
1x Ring of Destruction

Well, he just uses a standard tournament deck. I don't know what you mean by what type of player am I. I've been playing for five years of so. I just don't have many great cards. Not really a strategy. Just to destroy your opponent as fast as you can. I remember many cards in his deck. I could alter my deck to beat him, but it would make it so I can only beat HIM. No one else. He runs 3 Cyber Dragons, Treeborn Frog, Arknight Parsath, Sangan, End of Anubis, Mobius, 3 Hydrogeddon, Spirit Reaper, 2 Mother Grizzley, 3 Mystical Tomato, Exiled Force, D.D. Warrior Lady, Penguin Soldier, Newdoria, 2 Sand Moth, and Jinzo. I'm pretty sure those are all the monsters that he used, but he might have taken out Newdoria. I just can't beat him easily. I've only beaten him about 10 times in my life, and we have been dueling since the sixth grade. I don't know why I can't. Maybe its the fact that he can run Treeborn Frog, Arkinght, and Ring of Destruction and I can't because I don't have them. I don't have the money for them either.

I always had bad luck using "Reasoning." In Zombie decks I always thought that "Magical Merchant" was the better choice so you could get Zombies into your Graveyard. Thats when I used to play Vampire Lord decks, but know Cyber Dragon completely ruins that deck type. I took out Magical Merchant because I needed room for a Giant Rat. There are enough Earth types in this deck to save my butt. Also with the recruiting advantage of Hydrogeddon, Giant Rat makes it safe to bring out Injection Fairy Lily and stop them from attacking. Also I was thinking of runnung Ultimate offering to get that quick field advantage using Exiled Force or D.D Warrior Lady. I need another Exiled Force to switch with Injection Fairy Lily also. Deck building has gotton much more complicated for me.

2x Hand of Nepthys
1x Spirit Reaper
1x Treeborn Frog

Spellz 14
2x Book of Life
2x Brain Control
2x Creature Swap
2x Enemy Controller
1x Heavy Storm
1x Lightning Vortex
1x Mystical Space Typhoon
1x Nobleman of Crossout

2x Mask of Restrict
1x Return from the Different Dimension
2x Royal Decree

This deck is complete and based on my: 2-regionals-ago deck.
Sorry, but I have no better way to say it.
It's been updated with all the tricks and goodies you need to go to regionals with.
I still use the EXACT same trap setup.
Just check Unbelievable in my Sig if you doubt.
This Zombie-based deck is sweet.

Well, running two Creature Swaps in a deck can be very risky. Also this deck doesn't have very many swap monsters. It doesn't even have Scapegoat to swap. Don't you think that if I had a Treeborn Frog I would be running that and another DDS? And if I had the cards I would run three Cyber Dragons, two Exiled Force, Grand Mole, Ring of Destruction and Sacred Pheonix. It even says what cards that I don't have in the summary. You guys who post decks with cards I don't even have arent even helping at all.

You'd have:
2x Giant Rat
2x Pyramid Turtle
For Creature Swap. This works well.
Why would a person run Scapegoat in here, it would just be in your way here.
The deck has a bit of swarm and they arent' necessary here. Try proxying the deck and see if it doesn't win more than the version you posted. I bet it does. Why? It works.
That's why you proxy first to see if you even want to spend time, effort, & $.

as we are trying to help... the recruiters are IDEAL to use for creature swap - it works like this:
previous turn your opponent summons airknight, attacks ,draws passes to you.
you summon (face up or face down) a pyramid turtle, hit his back row with mst, heavy, dust tornado), then activate creature swap, when it resolves you get airknight he gets pyramid turtle, you attack pyramid turtle, kill it,do dmg, draw for effect, use pyramid turtle's effect to summon ryu kokki or v lord and attack with that since you are still in battle phase.... a huge swing that is very difficult to play out from under...suspicions are that you are not getting max utility from your deck....
this works with hydrgeddons too - if you have one on your turn already - summon and swap a turtle/rat ,kill it get another hydrgeddon, and fetch with rat/turtle (got injection fairy?) attack with his monster and your fecthed monster too... lets see thats 2 hydro, his monster, and fetched monster (4 right?) and -1 (at least) for him
all from starting with a hydro on field, a swap & recruiter in hand or visa versa...on top of that the special summons all occur in resolve effects of dmg step which afford them some protection...is that the aggressive "kill as many monsters of his as fast as possible" that you were talking about??? :nod_yes
keep in mind if he has more than 1 monster you dont have to worry about being swapped a scapegoat.... but if a goat is all you have(from a previous turn) - swap it for a monster and trib that monster for dark dust spirit and clear the field

The deck that Suerte Rico made only had four recruters, but the one that I made had ten, plus Scapegoat. And the card that stops me from beating him isn't Airknight, its his End of Anubis and Treeborn Frog. Those cards alone just completely destroy my decks use. Getting Zombies into the graveyard usually isn't a worry of mine unless I'm facing a Macro Cosmos, Gravekeepers, of End on Anubis based deck. And I can really only run Zombie based decks because I don't have much money to buy cards because I'm in a band.

If End of Anubis and Treeborn Frog are your big problems but 3 Enemy Controllers(the rare or common ones) and 3 DD Crows(rares) in your side deck and you should have no more problems when facing either of those cards.

end of anubis has kool effect - a 2500 beater BUT no def- he is one you can work around,,, if you cant get your hands on the newer rares & commons already suggested there are old school solutions that no one really plays... such as dissappear, zero gravity, windstorm of etaqua, as well as prickle fairy or legendary jujitstu master all relatively easy to trade for and dont forget bottomless trap holes to kill off his tribs..also-skill drainis are a very nice zombie/darkworld side deck option
as for the frog what is prob there?that he tribs??? the minor def wall every turn?aside from what already have been mentioned in these posts ... cloak & dagger and transmigration prophecy... lots of commons work - new and old school...
oh yeah.... end of anubis HATES fissure....

The only cards that you named are Zero Gravity, Bottomless Traphole and Fissure. I also don't know what cards I would tak out of my deck for those either.
