Pretty simple question, just a stupid point of time at which I asked myself this question (when doing a review of Inferno Fire Blast ):
Inferno Fire Blast reads:
Select 1 face-up "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" on your side of the field to activate this card. Inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the original ATK of the selected "Red-Eyes B. Dragon". "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" cannot attack during the turn you use this card.
Some rulings are:
I would say no from what I conclude from the above rulings, and that it should read "If any "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" attacked, you cannot activate [...]", but it just ain't a clear ruling about this in my eyes. Whadda'ya think?

Some rulings are:
- No copies of "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" can attack if you activate "Inferno Fire Blast". (This is about attacking after activation)
- If "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" attacked, you cannot activate "Inferno Fire Blast" during Main Phase 2, but if "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" did not attack, you can activate "Inferno Fire Blast" during Main Phase 2. (This is about having attacked with one REBD before activation)
