Inferno Reckless Summon & Shining Angel

Hi

when Shining Angel is destroyed for battle and then special summon Proto-Cyber Dragon

i can activate Inferno Reckless Summon to special summon 3 cyber dragon?

No, Inferno Reckless Summoning cannot be activated during the damage step.

Also, one flaw with summoning those 3 Cyber Dragons.... If your opponent has just ONE Bottomless Trap Hole facedown, it'll wipe out ALL THREE Cyber Dragons since they were all summoned at the same time. Same problem goes with Return from the Different Dimension, sadly =/

However, if you Special Summon "Proto-Cyber Dragon" any other way (outside of the Damage Step), then you are well within the activation requirements of "Inferno Reckless Summon" and you can use it to Special Summon all three of your "Cyber Dragons".
