Is Honest supposed to look like a hologram???

I got Honest in a pack of LoD yesterday, but he looks weird. He looks more liek a hologram than an actual foil card. Did I get a defective card, or is that how he is supposed to look? I ask because there hardly seems to be a picture on it.

What is a Ghost Rare? I have never heard of that before. Is it like the Ultimate Rares they snuck into the series and never said anything?

Nope it's just a new rarity in all. Each booster since I don't-know-when nowadays has one card printed as a ghost rare, which you were lucky enough to pull

Ghost Rare is the new Secret Rare, apparently, since Secret Rare has lost all pretence of being special.

Ghost Rare started in Tactical Evolution. Pretty sure it did.
But it does seem as pointless as the Ultimate rare. Meh.
