Destiny Hero Diamond Dude With Pot Of Avarice?

I've been testing around with a Diamond Dude deck, and then when I activated Diamond Dude, I revealed Pot Of Avarice, and people were saying that I wasn't able to use it because I can't shuffle five monsters into my deck. What is the official ruling with this?

can u please give me more detail because the only reason i see why u cant use pot of Avarice is because u dont not 5 or more monster in ur graveyard but if thats not the reason then ask the people why you could not activate pot of Avarice then post there reason

i just assumed that UDEBot's signature didnt mean anything since its a signature im sorry. now im guessing i have to like try to find out where i can post an answer or something cuz this is kinda confusing to me or do i have to go to a new forum website?

The UDE's Judge Certification Program (YGO) is part of the articles and guides section. It's a feed from UDE's site with questions posted to the official judges board. The answers given there are considered official. In the old days, it used to be a mailing list, so when a question was posted, we would get the answer from the feed as well. But the feeds aren't set up that way anymore, so all we get is the question, with a link to the answer at the bottom. I'm trying to work on a way to get both.
