Finally got 2 Skyscraper2's they've been installed.
Now I just need a couple of Spell Strikers and I'm all set!!

1.You need to add Elemental Hero Stratos.He is essential in a Hero deck.

2.Take out Amazoness Swords Woman. She really has no purpose in this deck.

3. If you have another Disk Commander put him in. If you do, add in another Marauding Captain.

4. Add in another Elemental Hero Ocean. More reuse on Fear Monger or whatever.

5. Take out the Magic Jammers for Mirror Force and Torrental Tribute. I really don't see how they help you,

6. Take out the A Forces and the 2 The Warrior Returning Alive.
Put in the Skyscraper-2 Hero City.

well.... 2 two trib e h neos....and 2 mask of restrict....personally i would swap neos for blade edge and i would put in a playset of dashers and keep the mask of restrict

yes on stratos - a huge deal in this deck

the amazoness is better than everyone thinks...i ran her when stein was big - now with demise&doomdozer metamorphing....similar...she can win games from nowhere....but side waboku/threatening roar (they can keep monz on field to get off a trib as well...)
in this build i think i would replace marauding with warrior lady of the wasteland...marauding gives an extra monz to field and might - if paired with ocean- keep ocean on field long enough to get effect off....but seldom does opponent not kill them off in a hurry....
also -to go with diamond dude & destiny draw, maybe 1 or 2 lightening vortex - mostly to help dump disc commander, dasher, or bladedge if needed - and since you run 2 warrior return alive, paying with other warriors in a pinch is not as big a deal as otherwise...( yeah - magic jammer dumps too - but , personally i like assured mass destruction of l'vortex...how about spell sheild type 8? or my body?)

you are gonna be doing a LOT of dumping - so get max graveyard recurrance...esp with disc commander....can you scrape up a morphing jar? possibly tech a magical merchant or two...wildheart with skyscraper is fun - so captain gold when you can get them...if you prefer giant rat to WLWL then injection fairy will fit....

5. No thank you. I understand where you are coming from, but I play for Control. I want to break your spirit when you think that Heavy Storm will save
you only to find out it didn't. Jammers serve 3 purposes in this deck.
A. Stop Heavy Storm AT ALL COSTS!!
B. Dump engine for tributes &/or Disc Commander.
C. Protect Mask of Restrict.

6. I managed to get 2 Skyscraper 2's in as well as 2 Shrinks. Without taking out The A.rmed Forces. Sorry, but that card is CRUCIAL in a deck like this!!
It give it the advantages of both Skyscraper 1 & Dark City (The +1000 part)
yet it lets me also benefit from Skyscraper 2.
Think about it. A 2400 Diamond Dude that gets to come back? You MUST
surely be able to see the value in that?

Blade Edge is alright, but I think Dasher alone would just be more helpful overall. I added Stratos back in, but sided Amazoness. She adds something
here. You guys need to catch up on Waboku. It's not as good as it once was.
It's been errated to this: It stops YOU from taking battle damage, now, but I doesn't prevent your monsters from dying. Threating Roar is now the better
card just don't wait until they attack to use it or the first attack WILL succeed. I only pair M. Captain with M. Captain I don't like using them with other monsters. I prefer to cut off attacks as soon as possible. Next turn I'll summon Ocean. THAT is what keeps him alive! As for WLWL she is actually a
good idea only because she searces out Wildheart, but with ROTA in the deck
I just prefer not to run her, because this deck has sustainable speed as it is.
L. Vortex installed.
I don't like paying for I.F. Lily. The opponent usually likes to take advantage of it forcing YOU to pay or take an even bigger hit, but either way you lose LP. No thanx.
A morphing jar in my area is nearly impossible to achieve. I used to have the TP2 original, before I quit and sold it all, so now I wish I hadn't.

i tink you are mistaken about waboku....ruling on netrep are same as they've been for a while....

I work lots of hours, maybe I just misread it.

What about the deck, though?
 
just wanted to add - the WLWL also fetches amzoness swordswoman - which, late game, can bring opponents battlephase to a screeching halt...or force him to waste some 1 for 1 destruction (while leaving your hand un touched....)
but if the swordswoman is sided - then i agree with your decision not to use wlwl
also snipe hunter can do some dumping for you....

Yes!! That's the cuzwbd I've come to know! I like Sniper Hunter myself so it would fit better in a deck with Mask of Restrict anyway. Good call. I run that in my Manticore deck that I'll be posting soon, so I don't know why I didn't think of it in this deck. I've also redesigned my Dark World Reigns deck and will be reposting it soon under a new name. Just check the boards, boys & girls!! Check the boards.
