King Dragun and chaining.

Is paladin of white dragon limited to only being summoned by it's ritual or can king of dragun or flute + Lord of D summon him as well. Also, on chaining, if say I activate heavy storm or mst, my friend activates a waboku and I don't respond, can he chain activate a mystical space typhoon or dust tornado to his previous activation?

Paladin of White Dragon can only be summoned by the Ritual card 'White Dragon Ritual', you can't use anything else to summon him.

Yes, you friend can chain a card to another of his own, provided you were asked if you wished to respond, and not instantly activing one after the other, without asking you first if you wish to chain anything.
