Kiseitai vs Horus Monsters

Hello

If a Horus monster LV4 or 6 attacks my face-down Kiseitai, Kiseitai's effect states that 'no damage calculation is conducted' and Kiseitai becomes an Equip Spell card.

For the sake of Horus, is Kiseitai considered to have been 'destroyed as a result of battle'? It was not sent to the graveyard after all...

No, you have to calculate damage in order to determine if a monster was destroyed or not. No calculatiuon= not destroyed

The life-point gaining effect, densetsu means.

Horus Lv 6 would still be equipped with Kiseitai, and damage calculations are still cancelled (as per the target of the attack not being on the field for the calculate damage part of the damage step.)
