Lava Golem and Scapegoat vs Inferno Tempest

Hi, I was just wondering if you could attack a Lava Golem with a Sheep token produced by Scapegoat thus taking 3000 damage and then activate Inferno Tempest. Also I wanted to now about what phase of play you activate Inferno Tempest

:| Ejem, this is in the yugioh-card.com FAQ:

"If you attack "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" with "Ojama Green" or some other 0 ATK monster, you can activate "Inferno Tempest" after damage calculation. Then "Ojama Green" is sent to the Graveyard after "Inferno Tempest" resolves."
