Lava Golem reset?

Hi guys,
I got another question for you. This is the situation:
Player A got a face up Lava Golem on his side and no other cards. Player B got a face down Book of Moon and a face-down Ceasefire on his side.
Player A is now entering his Stand-By-Phase. The effect of Lave Golem is activated. Player A takes the damage and want to go through to Main-Phase, but Player B wants to activate his Ceasefire and chains Book of Moon to it. So he things the effect of Lava Golem would trigger again.
Now my question:
1. Will Lava Golem be reset by the chain with Ceasefire and Book of Moon?
2. If Yes, will the effect of Lava Golem trigger again during the same Stand-By-Phase?
3. A friend of mine got the idea that there is no time to build the " Ceasefire - Book of Moon -chain". If this is true, i will add another trigger effect that is statet after Lava Golem s effect, so Player B can chain Ceasefire and Book of Moon to this action. Would this then work?

Ignition-Effect was previous called Cost-Effect. Its a SpellSpeed1 effect wich can be used in your MainPhase 1+2. (For Example Exiled Force...)
Trigger-Effects are effects that will trigger on an event. (For Example Mystic Tomato and so on.)
Spirit Ryu is imo a Multi-Trigger-Effect because you are able to use his effect during the BattleStep, like Injection Fairy Lily.

Spirit Ryu is a spell speed one ignition effect as you may not chain it to anything--Yes it can be activated in the battle step, but it must be the first thing in the chain.

Injection Fairy Lily is spell speed 2 because you may chain with it. If you attack an empty relinquish, (and don't want to use IFLs effect) then your opponent activates Rush Recklessly, you can chain IFL to rush recklessly.

Ignition effects are only limited to the Main Phase 1 or 2 by default, card text overrules this. Sinister Serpent, Dark Mimic('s level up effect), Ultimate Insect can be activated in the standby phase, Horus can be activated in the end phase, Spirit Ryu can be activated in the battle step.
