Legendary Jujitsu Master Vs Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke

If a faceup defense Legendary Jujitsu Master is attacked by Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke, what really happens. Does Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke successfully destroy with his effect? Or does Legendary Jujitsu Master's effect go through? Or both..

I would say both. Damage calculation doesn't happen, but battle still did, I think Sasuke would go to the top of its owner's deck, and Jujitsu would go to the graveyard.

Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke destroys jegendary jujitsu master before the end of the damage step, as with prevention of his effect
i draw this conclusion from the fact that he negates DDWL because they never reach the end of the damage step

If "Legendary Jujitsu Master" is destroyed, removed from play, or flipped face-down by the effect of the monster he battles with, "Legendary Jujitsu Master"'s effect is still applied and the monster is returned to the top of the Deck.

According to that ruling, both effect would occur. Jujitsu Master would be destroyed, and then Grand Master would be send to the top of the Deck.

Seems weird to me, but hey....

well, they never reach far enough to activate it, they hit the damage step, so NGS cannot attack again, but Legendary Jujitsu Master can't work until the end of the damage step, so i think that Legendary Jujitsu Master wouldn't even get a chance to bounce NGS back to the top, novastar, it seems odd, but i think my Reasoning is more logical (no offense)

Actually, "Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke" only skips Damage Calculation (Damage sub-step 3 and 4), and it will continue the Resolve Effect (Damage sub-step 5) and Send to the Graveyard (Damage sub-step 6), in which Damage sub-step 6 is where "Legendary Jujitsu Master"'s effect will resolve. So, in the end, both effect will resolve.

None taken, if your logic is better on this great.

I honestly don't really agree with it, but the ruling suggest it... that's why i go with it.

It does however support the idea that once in the Damage Step, the attack concludes right till the end.

Paladin of White Dragon would destroy Dark Ruler Ha Des before Damage Calculation, that's it.

Why? because Dark Ruler's effect only works if you calculate damage and he destroys the monster, and since he is destroyed before that, it never happens.

Are asking what the outcome would be if THEY attacked the "Legendary Jujitsu Master"?

Legendary Jujitsu Master would still resolve effect because it activates whenever he is destroyed by a monster's effect (one of the requirements for activation).

Grandmaster Sasuke only destroys Jujitsu Master, and does not negate his effect.

Dark Ruler Ha Des would negate the effect if he destroys Legendary Jujitsu Master.

Dark Ruler would negate Jujitsu's effect if he is destroyed by a fiend after Damage Calculation.

Paladin of White would only destroy Jujitsu and not negate effect. Paladin would return to top of deck.

Legendary Jujitsu Master's effect can't activate if its not flipped face-up, its not an effect that activates in the graveyard, and Face-down mosnter do not have effects.Paladin of White Dragon destroys Legendary Jujitsu while its face-down so Legendary Jujitsu Master's effect can't be applied.
