Anyone else get this?

Anyone else stuck on Endor?

I keep going around and around in circles.

Doesn't help that the second character AI doesn't follow you around. Jump, you dang wookie! JUMP! I'll jedi force the platform, you go up and swingline to the next tree. No, the platform. THE PLATFO...dang wookie...

Then I jumped into a bush and never came down. Couldn't even switch characters because they were not close enough and I wasn't facing them...ugh.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
I have it for the PC .... there is a reason I haven't been online much lately!!!!

This game is simply one of the best, most enjoyable games I have EVER played. Hands down.

Which Endor level are you stuck on (chapter)? I'm in free play mode now (25/27 gold legos on Episode IV!) and can take some time to skip ahead and walk through that one again.

For anyone that doesn't have this game .. there is NO excuse. You NEED this game. They have it out for just about everything under the sun!

EDIT: Wait, are you stuck outside the bunker? With the mini AT-AT and the 2 platform guns? Where you sit there for 20 minutes trying to blast things to no avail? With the one stormtrooper you can't kill up in the tree to the left? That part was annoying to get through. If I recall, switch to someone other than luke and get on a platform or something ... he should then use the force to lift you up automatically. I believe R2 was needed for something too, so you could jet over. (Wait until you get Boba Fett -- that becomes hella easier to accomplish!!)

If that's not the part, sorry for the spoiler :( Let me know if that was the place or not, OK?

EDIT 2: I suppose if you're at the bunker, Luke is already gone, isn't he? LOL. Maybe that's the part where you walk the mini AT-AT over and jump out of it onto the tree platform? Heck, I don't remember ... I'll have to play it again.
 
I agree that it is a great game, but after getting stuck and reading some reviews, I have concluded that the DS version may not be the best option, if you have other platforms to pursue. Seems there are some "glitches" in the DS version of the game. All the other platforms (PSP, PS2, xbox, PC) simply LOVE the game.

As for my problem:

Han and Chewie run around the ewok village.
Han ditches Chewie because he doesn't want to jump the catwalk.
Chewie's stalling screws up the camera angles.
Despite Chewie's lake of help, Han frees 2 ewoks, returns to/with Chewie to the ewok village.
New logs have appeared to jump to the forest floor. Han is replaced with Luke and Wicket.
Paths take us around barriers and to a raised platform that requires a swingline to get up there.
Chewie, the only swingline/attacking capable person rips off troopers arms and ends up boarding an AT-ST.
AT-ST stomps around killing everything and ends at a bunker.
R2 is needed to access the bunker. Someone shoots him and I think he's carried away.
The gang enters a maze where there are 4 trees to enter, and when done in the wrong order, take you back to the first set of trees.
4 frustrating sets of trees later, we find ourselves...BACK IN THE EWOK VILLAGE!!!! AAAAAHHHHHHH
Jumping logs brings us back to the forest floor, where the platforms sans AT-ST is available. The only other path to take ends with 2 AT-STs sitting side-by-side and we can't walk between their legs; can't even shoot the trooper in plain sight on the other side.
We run back to a tree with some jedi-able platforms. Chewie stands on them and Luke just watches. Luke can raise them, but Chewie won't get on. Luke can get on them and raise them, but can't swingline anywhere. Luke jumps down and kills Wicket out of frustration. Chewie kills Wicket out of frustration. Wicket waves his arms at the other 2, since THAT'S ALL HE CAN DO.
A calmer group heads back to the AT-ST wall.
Luke tries to jump around it through the bushes. Luke stays in the bushes in a jumping pose. Chewie and Wicket are frantically running towards a frozen Luke. So near and yet so far. No one wants to switch places. Nothing responds.
We head back to Mos Eisley.
I'm Lea again.
The team goes around killing everyone in the Cantina. The only people that don't come back are the band and bartender.

Congrats if you have made it this far. I welcome all help offered.
 
Well, I just ran through that level, and I had nothing like that. Sorry. All of my peeps (Han, Chewie, Leia, R2, Wicket and 3PO) stayed together the whole time.

Have you gotten into the bunker yet?

I'd like to help, but I honestly can't tell where you are. Sorry.
 
You have to bear with me. I'm one of those guys that buys everything from the discount bin two consoles after they come out. Have you heard of this game called Metal Gear Solid? Who knew the Grey Fox was that Ninja guy? (It's no use! I can't do it!) :p

Yeah, this was my online problem; all the walkthroughs I found were for other systems, and did not seem to apply to me.

Thanks for taking the time to help out. I'm re-running the level a little slower now to make sure I don't miss anything. It's less frustrating knowing what to expect from the rest of the team this time around. You can lead a wookie to water...

I'm currently back on the forest floor. Once my DS finishes charging, I should be at the bunker.

and DJ, if you wait for this game to hit the discount bin for $10, after playing it, you'll say to yourself, "man, I would have totally paid the extra $20 to have this a year ago." It is a great game. Keep in mind this is speaking as a very impatient individual with a short attention span.
 
Any place I can download the game? I don't get out much anymore. Maybe someplace that takes PayPal?

I tried that too. No luck. Just go to Target or Wal-Mart, they'll have it :)
