Lord of D. Questions

If I play A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon, while Lord of D. is on the field, then will Lord of D. negate the card? What happens?

You couldn't activate A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon for the effect of returning a level 5 or higher dragon and destroying all Spell and Trap cards while Lord of D. is on the field. This is because it targets a dragon-type monster on your side of the field and Lord of D. would negate the effect.

Would Lord of D. also negate the effects of Burst Breath, Dragon's Mirror, and the Cyberdark Dragons as well? I would assume that the Lord of D. would not negate effects like Stamping Destruction, Dragon's Gunfire, and Super Rejuvenation. Is this correct?

Lord of D. would not allow you to target a dragon with Burst Breath.
You would not be able to use Dragon's Mirror either since it targets a monster, unless you choose dragons in your graveyard.
Cyberdark Dragon would be able to use its effect as well since it is taking the dragon monster from the card graveyard.
Lord of D. will not stop you from playing any of those other cards you mentioned since they are not targeting dragons. Dragon's Gunfire and Stampling Destruction are having criteria filled, and Super Rejuvination is just counting cards discarded. No targeting going on there.
