I won't flood you with information that makes you close out =P So, it's basically my solid version of a light deck made with the extra stuff I had. I really like it, but want some opinions on some good Light monsters that I should consider tracking down, light strategy/support cards, etc., and ideas for any side-decking and general decking tactics.

Other than switching a Fissure for Smashing Ground, I don't see any need to fix this deck.

As for the side-deck, you can make one filled with contingencies, one to change the pace/tempo/deck type, or a mix.

Hoho, thank you, that's a pretty good impression from a first build. Yes, "Fissure" is the poor man's "Smashing Ground". =P Truthfully, in most occassions in my duels, it doesn't matter which I have, they'd destroy the same monster.

For the side I've been thinking about cards that didn't make the cut for the main. I want 2 "Banisher of the Radiance"s in it, and maybe "Silent Swordsman LV5". I'm still figuring out my option for switching out against chimeratechs, chain burn, a little dark world. That should do it, the deck seems to play overly offensive against Gadgets =o I won a match against gadgets by having a mass of 5 monsters on the field, this deck gets them there pretty darn quick =P He even had to defend with "Ultimate Offering", and ended up Mirror Forcing them all and I still beat him. I'll keep testing for gadgets though, the deck surely isn't invincible to them.

So you think it's pretty solid huh? Even with running "Sacred Crane"? =D I might switch out reaper for Sangan, the deck needs more floater technology, seriously, if I'm going to the machine/dekoichi/cyber phoenix/apprentice engine type of decks. I'm even thinking about running a "Skelengel" or two X| and I don't think the card is anywhere near worth it. I also want to run ideas like "Asura Priest", "Soul of Purity and Light", and "Blade Knight" by you guys, stop by with your thoughts!

What's up Oceanus. First thing I'd do is switch a Sakuretsu Armor for Mirror Force. I'm guessing you just don't have one as it's basically a multiple hit Sak.

I'd definitely consider Return from the Different Dimension seeing how you have <2> Freed the Brave Wanderer and you want to mix in <2> Banisher of the Radiance into the deck. Could take the edge off the empty Graveyard and create a different Win Condition.

I LOVE Asura Priest and am always trying to work 1 into my decks. She really shines against swarming techniques and a thing most people overlook is she is sort of immune to spells like Fissure and Smashing Ground because she always returns to your hand. Just remember to use her when you have field advantage or are establishing it. She really hurts when she is the only monster in your hand / field but i really like this card.

Obviously =P If anyone wants to trade their "Mirror Force", please direct yourself to my want list ;)

Yes, it can be supported as a return varient, but as of right now, it's pretty graveyard dependant because of the avarice, pre, call, frog, crane, etc. I just don't know about return, return is good when you have the advantage, otherwise it gets hit by SOMETHING, and is wasted pretty quick, not to mention it's not very good if you can't rfg quick enough, and I only have ever won with it when I was going to win due to sheer force anyway =P For awhile now I've seen return as inconsistent and combo orientated for a slow game.

I'm glad someone supports Asura Priest, I really like the card. But, a good portion of my deck may already be using up the whole "have field advantage use it" kindof thing.
