Scenario:>>

Turn Player activates Heavy Storm.......
Opponent activates Magic Drain.......
Turn Player discards a Spell Card for Magic Drain so his Heavy Storm Goes Through....

Q??? Can Opponent Activate another Magic Drain To Once Again Counter Heavy Storm.


(same scenario with different Spells too, just picked Heavy Storm for this example)

No.

By the time the player discards for "Magic Drain", you are already resolving the card effects so the chain will resolve first.

Let's say I activate a field magic card when my opponent has a field magic card already on the field. My opponent activates magic drain and I am unable to discard a magic card. So my field magic card goes to the graveyard. What happens to my opponent's field magic card? Is it destroyed or does it stay on the field since my magic card was negated by magic drain?

Your opponent's field spell card would still remain on the field since your field spell card was negated upon activation.
