Cooked up this little deck after playing around with my Spellcaster deck with Dimensional Fissure sided in. And yes, I did see that small clip on Yu-Gi-Oh! GX ep 97... :p

Oh yeah, I've broken the jinx!!! No Smashing Ground/Fissure and Sakuretsu Armor! V.(>_<).V

One more thing: No D.D. Assailant please. That card's a pain to find...

Edit: Gave the deck a little overhaul (oxymoron). The main deck utilises Necrovalley and Dimensional Fissure to interesting effects, namely Royal Tribute. This is besides their typical uses, i.e. Gravekeepers for Necrovalley and D.D. Survivor and Dark Dust Spirit with Dimensional Fissure.

Then by switching some cards around, Dark World and Necrovalley are combined, again to utilise the effects of Royal Tribute.

Nice deck, looks fun. Instead of 2x OVM how about 1 more
DD Survivor, three is a must with Dimensional Fissure, and IFL, which is a great choice in my opinion if you run Magician's Circle and Magical Dimension.

I suggest.-

-Magician's Valkyria x3
-Chaos End x1
-Magical Dimension x1
-Magician's Circle x1

+Apprentice Magician x2
+D.D. Survivor x1
+Book of Moon x1
+Sakuretsu Armor x2

I didn't include Apprentice Magician because his search effect won't work with Dimensional Fissure in play.

Oh yeah, forgot about all about Lily! XP Thanks.

actually i think apprentice has been errata'ed' and works going to grave or rfp pile....check rulings change...as long as he's properly destroyed...

soul release combos well with chaos end

be careful with kycoo's effect & dimension fusion... maybe rfdd?...1 & 1

"Apprentice Magician" Effect Triggers when it´s destroyed in battle even if it doesn´t goes to the graveyard...

Unfortunately that point isn't very helpful as Dimensional Fissure would probably remove more monsters than Kycoo anyway. I was thinking of using Vanity's Fiend, but seeing how difficult a combo that was to pull, I actually decided on something... more interesting.

First post has been updated, along with a new deck summary.
I'm wondering if I should switch 1 Royal Tribute for 1 Necrovalley....

Thanks for the suggestions!

Correct, Apprentice Magician works just fine with Dimensional FIssure active on the field. One thing you might not like the combo of is Dimensional Fissure / Royal Tribute while D.D. Survivor(s) are in hand. D.D. Survovor of course needs to be face up on the field when removed from play to get it's effect.

I must say I DO appreciate the efforts in this deck at creative deck building. I've used DMOC in conjunction with D.D.M. before with fairly consistant results in a spellcaster deck. D.D.M. is a fun monster that few people use....so seldom see coming.

Gravekeeper's / Dark World / Royal Tribute was the first deck I tried Dark World in. Royal Tribute is another card few if any see coming and if it can be pulled of can be devistating.

The deck has a lot of interesting points, I'd imagine it takes some practice to play well. As with any deck that has reliance on Necrovalley though it's really important to HAVE Necrovalley on the field. Since Royal Tribute is iffy in this deck w/o Dark World I certainly suggest using the 3 copy of Necrovalley.

So on John Danker's pointer

-1 x Royal Tribute
+1 x Necrovalley

And yeah, D.D.M. is awesome with DMOC. Once the main obstacle of getting D.D.M. out has been overcome, it's happy days all around (my side of the field).

As for the skill required to play this deck... not too sure until I try it out, but it the multitude of 2- to 3-card combos typically result in mass monster removals and not OTKs. And that, frankly, suits me just fine.
