Monster able to battle 2nd time on return from GY?

This situation came up and I think it's legal but thought I should verify it...

Turn Player has 1 card in hand, Dark Diceratops on the field, and Premature Burial and Fossil Excavation face-down on the field, with Ultimate Tyranno in the GY.

Non-Turn Player has three weak face-up defense postion monsters with one of them being Neo-Spacian Grand Mole.

Turn Player:

Pays 800 and activates Premature Burial and gets Ultimate Tyranno
Ultimate Tyranno attacks the first two face-up monsters and then Mole
Ultmate Tyranno bounces to hand
Dark Diceratops attacks directly and upon attack declaration, activates Fossil Excavation and discarding Ultimate Tyranno and gets UT right back.
Ultmiate Tyranno attacks directly

That's ok isn't it?

There should be a replay on Dark DRIceratops attack, but yes UT could attack directly.

But if you call off the attack on Dark Driceratops it will not be able to attack. (Since I belive that it has already declare an attack)

Or at least that how I see it.

Like Emerald said, it all works out. Once UT goes to the GY, RFP or hand, it is no longer considered the same UT, so if it comes back to the Field, it can attack.

As for a replay, since the attack targets on your opponent's side did not change, there is no issue there. And since it is coming back during your Battle Phase, you can still atack with it. Also, since it is not the Begining of your Battle Phase, it does not have to attack first.

Moreover, I would say that since the condition of Ultimate Tyrano was not met (that it be in ATK Position at the beginning of the Battle Phase), it cannot "attack all Monsters on your opponent's side of the Field." Therefore, if your opponent had chained Scapegoat to Fossil Excavation in the senario above (which would have caused a replay), when Ultimate Tyrano comes back to the Field, he would only be allowed to attack 1 of the Sheep Tokens.

Ultimate Tyranno has it's effect negated by Fossil Excavation anyway, so I don't think this would be problem :)

Yeah, me too on Veloci... fits perfectly into my son's Infinity Dino Deck... since he can take out monsters when he attacks and he goes nicely into the GY/RFP when they attack... Tyranno Infinity likes him.
