Monster Reincarnate on a Fusion?

If a Fusion monster is sent to the owner's hand, it returns to the fusion deck correct?

Does that mean I can activate Monster Reincarnation and select a Fusion Monster per to say Thousand Eyes Restrict to my hand, then it returns back to my fusion deck zone right??

Yes. you may.

Fusion monsters are legal targets even though they will not return to the hand. (Same as they are legal targets for Compulsory Evacuation Device)

Yes, Fusions cannot exist in your Hand...it will be sent to the Fusion Deck instead.
