player A flips morpging jar #2, both players resolve the effect and then place the level 4 or lower monster's face down in their monster zones. So my question is at any time after placing the monster's face down, are the shuffled around so your opponet doesn't know which monster is where. I am inclined to say no, but want to see what the judge's with more experience think. Thanks

Yes, you may. Just do so before you set them. You can find the Judges List message that answers that here:

After determining my monsters, but before placing them face down on the field, may I shuffle the monsters before placing them.

thanks...

Answer:

After the cards have been revealed and you have determined which monsters will be Set, the monsters you are going to Set through the effects of "Morphing Jar #2"/"Cyber Jar" may be shuffled around before being placed onto the field.

I also have Morphing Jar #2 questions....

The wording of his effect is not clear to me...

Morphing Jar #2's effect said:
FLIP: Return all Monster Cards on the field to their respective Decks and shuffle them. You and your opponent then pick up cards until you both have the same number of Monster Cards that were returned to each Deck. Special Summon the Level 4 or lower monsters to the field in face-down Defense Position. The rest of the cards picked up are discarded to the Graveyard.

The You and your opponent then pick up cards... I assume that if I have two monsters, and my opponent has two also, then we each return and pick up two cards, and not pick up four cards each... right?

Also, if Morphing Jar #2 was face-down and he was attacked by a monster with higher ATK than his DEF would he also be returned to the deck and counted? I would assume no since he would be destroyed before the flip effect is resolved... but just want to be sure.

Thanks...

You only search for the same number of monsters that were returned to YOUR deck. You don't combine the total number between both players.

And you are correct. "Morphing Jar #2" will not be returned to the deck if attacked and destroyed by that attack since it has already been destroyed before it's effect begins to resolve.

not to be rude but i have a morphing jar#2 question.
my uses ultimate offering to set 3 morphing jar#2's on the field then activates dessert sunlight flipping them all face up simaltanasly what happens now does the effect of
morphing jar#2 happen three times in a row.

Ok, here's another Morphing Jar #2 question... (admins, let me know if you'd rather I start a new post):

My Morphing Jar #2 flips due to an attack and the opponent has two monsters on his side of the field. While "picking up" cards due to the Morhping Jar #2 effect he picks up a Goldd, Wu-Lord of Dark World and a Sillva, Warlord of Dark World. He's now met the 2 monster requirements of the effect but neither meet the level 4 requirement so are sent to the Graveyard.

Does their (Dark World discard) effect trigger when sent to the Graveyard? (I assume No since they were not in the hand officially... )

Your right. "Pick Up" is a different thing then "Draw" which is what you would need to do in order to discard anything from your hand. We have a couple of effects that have you Pick Up cards, but in order for Dark World to meet it's requirements, they need to be discarded from the hand specifically.

Ok, here's another Morphing Jar #2 one...

If I pick up a Gigantes (or other Special Summon only monster) while picking up cards for Morphing Jar #2 's effect... can Gigantes be Set or does he get sent to the Graveyard?

You cannot avoid a monster's inherent summoning requirement by using the effect of Morphing Jar #2, and by that I mean, if you must normally do something like "remove a Earth Monster to Special Summon...", then you cannot summon that monster, since it can only initially be summoned by its card text.
