multiple responding

i need an information (official ruling) about the following:

player A declares an attack
player B activates sakuretsu armor (or raigeki break or whatever)
player A responds (chains) 7 tools (negating sakuretsu)
player B responds with another sakuretsu

CAN player B respond with another sakuretsu?
it definetly can't chain to 7 tools, but has he an option of
ANOTHER response for the same attack?

i know that he can sakuretsu player A's second attacking monster,
but this situation... not sure

I know you can't anymore because the first chain is the Respond Chain for the Attack. The second chain is just a regular chain. Sakuretsu, Mirror Force, and others can only be activated on the first chain. However, my answer is not considered official because it did not come from UDE and Judge's List.

I saw a thread on the Old Judge's List regarding multiple chain in Battle Phase, but that thread is gone now. There is even a Post on this forum that is looking for that tread also. It's found here.

yea, i know i read somewhere (few months ago)
that you CAN respond multiply (pardon my french :) ) ,but
then again,i read lots of bad rulings.
it would reeealy be nice to have an official ruling.
i can't find it but if someone does,be sure to post it here
(a new post with the subject is fine, surely lots of people
would like to be aware of this)

If you want official answer, you can do 2 things:
  1. You or have someone ask the Judge's List. The answers on that list is considered official.
  2. Beg for Kenjiblade to answer this question. His answers are official (unleass he state otherwise).

Officially speaking...

"Sakuretsu Armor" is a trap card that can only be activated in response to an attack declaration so in your example after the original chain resolved (the one that ended with "Seven Tools of the Bandit"), you could not activate another one since the last thing to happen was the chain resolving and not an attack being declared.

What you COULD do however is activate another trap card such as "Waboku", "Gravity Bind", "or "Ring of Destruction" (since those activations are not dependant upon an attack being declared).

And where you read that you could do that sort of thing came from the Judge's list initially which is "official".
