Just glancing at this deck, I can see a number of problems.

First of all, Solar Flare Dragon is almost impossible to lock with (from experience) cause all the opponent has to do to go around it is destroy one of the pair, and there are too many commonly-run ways to do this...
Chaos Sorcerer is fairly common, and not only can setup for another monster to capitalize on Solar Flare Dragon's low Attack, but it is immune to Mask of Restrict.
Smashing Ground or Fissure will also work. While I realize you can theoretically infinitely recycle Magic Jammer, you won't get many oppurtunities to; the discard is a cost, and draw power is pretty much nonexistant here.
Skill Drain would simply remove the effect alltogether, and you would be left with a pair of 1500/1200 creatures to the opponent's mostly > 2000 Attack creatures.
Exiled Force would kill one even under Skill Drain, since Skill Drain only affects monsters on the field at the resolution of thier effects; when you activate Exiled Force's effect you immediately send Exiled Force to the Graveyard -- even before anything can be chained.

Next Problem: you have alot of cool Spells and Traps, but only Seven Tools of the Bandit and Magic Jammer to protect the whole lot, and the monsters die too easily to regular attacks.

It took me way too long to figure out that this strategy isn't as effective as theory makes it look. If you want Burn/Control, you are probably better off with the Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch/Soul Exchange or something. Good luck with the deck, hope I've helped a bit.

thank you for your input. I had the same issue. a good deck which was hard to take away or to see where it needed.

I have thought of spell cancellor (for spell cards). I was thinking should i try taking me solor flairs and UFO turtles for cards like raging flame sprites and marage dragons. if It is a good idea how would I go about it please???
