As much as I hate it, as much as I despise the fact that you can't leave a page open for more then a few minutes without it crashing Explorer, aside from the fact that I don't really like socializing with strangers, it seems I've become one of many. I have been assimilated.

I now have a MySpace page that can rival some of the gaudiest of the gaudy. (At least I'm color coordinated) I have all the interests that are really nobody's business emblazoned across a page that takes nearly a minute to load on a high speed modem. I have a playlist that plays nearly 70 songs of my choosing, and I even have video and slide shows of things that people could really care less about. I am Locutus. Your culture will be adapted to service us.

This means that I'm now doomed to say things like "Thanks for the add!" and post pictures of painfully cute kitties and puppies wishing people a happy holiday and must leave reassuring comments under people's pictures about how lovely they are, whether that be true or not. <sigh>

So, with that said, has anyone noticed the new features they've added to MySpace little by little over the last few weeks? They just added that little mood icon thingy yesterday, I noticed. (And everyone has flocked to add what their currently doing.)

Now if they just make the site stable, then it'd be....better. Why do they even have bulletins if no one's going to read them? <sigh>

Oh yeah. www.myspace.com/digital_jedi <Don't judge me> :duel_no

Dj...... you sicken me. Personally i hate myspace not just because people are saying its now seen as the "Redneck" portion of the internet while facebook is the "posh" section. It just plain hurts my eyes to look at it. I hate it with a passion and would buy it out from under them if i could just to burn every last server that its housed on. The same with bebo as well.

For shame dj for shame

I haven't liked MySpace since back when it was known as GeoCities. (Yeah, I know they're not the same, just 1 could be viewed as an early version of the other). Frankly, if I wanted a site where I can blab off on whatever I wanted, I'd just make my own. It's not like I'd bother leaving comments and what not on anyone elses page.

"Rednecks of the Internet". I have to remember that one though.
