Situation:

Player 1:summons Necrofear by removing 3 fiends

Player 2: activates torrential

Player 1: ends turn and steals a monster

Next turn:

Player 2: uses mst to destroy Necrofear

Player 2: ends turn

Will necrofear cum back again to steal another monster?

no, it wont since equip cards dont have the same effects as the monster it was, like if you suck up jinzo with Thousand eyes restrict jinzo wont stop traps any more same with dark necrofear...

heres the effect (and where it says it has to be a monster) of necrofear:
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 3 Fiend-Type monsters in your Graveyard from play. When this card is destroyed as a result of battle or by your opponent's card effect it is treated as an Equip Spell Card at the end of the turn. Equip 1 of your opponent's monsters with this card. As long as it is equipped with this card, you control the equipped monster.

The current ruling here in the US is that even though "Dark Necrofear" is an equip card at that point, because she is destroyed by your opponent's card effect ("Mystical Space Typhoon" in this case), that does allow her effect to activate in the graveyard.

So yes, she would come back to the field again.

Also, this assumes that Player 2 somehow gets a monster on the field by the end of the turn (since Torrential wiped them all out ;)) But yes, Necrofear will come back according to current rulings.

its been up since last i know may.

were if necrofear gets killed by an opponents card effect it comes back, hence why you have to kill the monster.

and also in this situation stated, necrofear would die for sure cause there would be no monsters on the field.

unless there is a strike ninja or something.

no killing the monster doesnt make necrofear comeback, cause 1. you arnt killing it in battle you are killing the monster its attached to in battle. and 2. you arnt killing it with an effect you control.

its an automatic thing that when the monster is destroyed its equips are sent to the graveyard.

Wow, that got crazy fast!

For a quick recap....

Necrofear's effect occurs when
A) It is summoned to the field and then destroyed by your opponents card effect (Trap Hole, Man Eater Bug, Tribute to the Doomed, etc.)
B) It is summoned to the field and then destroyed as a result of battle (either you attack with or your opponent attacks Necrofear).
C) It is "revived" as an equip spell card and is destoryed by your opponents card effect that specifically destroys spell card(s) (Mystical Space Typhoon, Raigeki Break, etc.)

Necrofear WILL NOT get its effect if it is "revived" as an equip card and the mosnter it is equipped to is destroyed as a result of battle. In this case, due to game mechanics, equip cards are SENT to the graveyard, not DESTROYED. This does not qualify for Necrofear's effect.

And technically, don't forget

1) If "Dark Necrofear"'s summon is negated by "Solemn Judgment" or "Horn of Heaven", then it is considered "destroyed by your opponent's card effect" and as such will return to the field as an equip card (however, also note this. Because the summon was negated, "Dark Necrofear" was not considered to be "properly summoned" so it can not be reborn from the graveyard as a monster card).

2) If "Dark Necrofear" is destroyed while it is in the player's hand by "Chain Destruction" (or the forth-coming "Crush Card" based cards), then like (1) above, it is considered "destroyed by your opponent's card effect" and will come to the field as a equip card and likewise will not be considered properly summoned so it can't be reborn from the graveyard as a monster card.
