I read a recent article at

http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/McDonald%27s_Promotional_cards:_Series_2

confirming a list of new cards to be released in the 2nd McDonald's Promos release. Here's the list:

MDP2-EN001 Elemental Hero Electrum
MDP2-EN002 Elemental Hero Mudballman
MDP2-EN003 Elemental Hero Burstinatrix
MDP2-EN004 The Flute of Summoning Kuriboh
MDP2-EN005 Mist Body
MDP2-EN006 White-Horned Dragon
MDP2-EN007 La Jinn The Mystical Genie Of The Lamp
MDP2-EN008 Gokibore
MDP2-EN009 Meteor Dragon
MDP2-EN010 Metal Guardian
MDP2-EN011 Kaiser Dragon
MDP2-EN012 Amphibious Bugroth
MDP2-EN013 Aqua Dragon
MDP2-EN014 Pragtical
MDP2-EN015 Zone Eater
MDP2-EN016 Flame Viper
MDP2-EN017 Trakodon
MDP2-EN018 Dungeon Worm
MDP2-EN019 Moon Envoy
MDP2-EN020 Stone Dragon

Most are scrapped normal monsters, except for the first 8. La Jinn is somewhat useable, and the rest are exclusive cards. Follow the link to see the cards' descriptions/effects. Enjoy!

The page is blank.

Also Meteor Dragon has been in Japan for a long time. This is just its first US release. The new E-Heroes, and other effect cards are rather nice though. As a whole, the set has a couple of cards that do have great potential.

Sorry about the blank link. You could just visit yugioh.wikia.com and it should be on the front page somewhere.

Moving on, you're right. The cards with the most potential, IMO, would be Mist Body and White-Horned Dragon. And, E-Hero players will wet their pants when they find out they're getting Electrum and Mudballman.

Are most McDonald's in the US releasing these cards in a particular manner? Can I just walk into McD's and buy them?

Buy a Happy Meal or a Happy Meal Toy (for Boys)

You will get a YGO Toy with a pack of 3 cards... and man were most of mine bent. First 3 I opened, 3 Meteor Dragons.

However, I did manage to at least get 1 of the following (in decent shape too) to make the trip worth while (I mean 3 Meteor Dragons and 3 Burstinatrixes? Oy!)

Elemental Hero Electrum
The Flute of Summoning Kuriboh
White-Horned Dragon

Time to get my game on.

is white horned dragon the one that can remove spells and traps from the opponents grave and give itself a power boost for each card removed?

also, what does mist body do?

I think we can all agree that this release of McDonald's cards are much better than the last one. I mean, look at the list:

Elemental Hero Electrum
Elemental Hero Mudballman
The Flute of Summoning Kuriboh
White-Horned Dragon (Yay!)
Mist Body (Double Yay!)
Meteor Dragon

Those being the best. The alternate art Burstinatrix and La Jinn wasn't really necessary, but I'm not complaining!

And since they've released Meteor Dragon, that makes me think we're getting that much closer to Meteor Black Dragon. My theory it could be released in Shonen Jump or at a sneak peak event. (both theories based on absolutely nothing)

Is it just me or do some of you wonder why some cards were ever created to begin with? I mean normal monsters that require a tribute that are weaker some basic LV3 or LV4 monsters.

I was lucky enough to pull 2 White Horned Dragon (gave one to Nephew); the actual checklist card reads 1 rare per pack and that's b/s of course. We opened quite a fewI didn't even get every common and most of them were bent.

I may try to play White Horned and La Jinn and Body Mist; but for the most part they will be as useful as the First set of McDonald's Promos and I don't remember seeing any of them in anyone's deck since I started playing (although a Millenium Shield is still highly collectible and tradeable).

Nothing really special.

Meteor Black Dragon :yu_fire
:monstar :monstar :monstar :monstar :monstar :monstar :monstar :monstar
Dragon/Fusion
"Red-Eyes Black Dragon + Meteor Dragon"
ATK/3500 DEF/2000

I think at this point it's more for collector's value, but I'd find someway to use it (Metamorphosis perhaps?)

Hmm...I wonder what kind of impact Mist Body will have on the game? I mean, being able to make any of your monsters invincible in battle could be very useful!

Good. More GOOD Dragons means good news for F.G.D deck players.

And my gosh, remove from play spell cards from OPPONENT'S Graveyard?! ZOMG, this can totally kill MoF. (Good BYE Graceful/Heavy/Premature/PoA/etc.)

Actually I'd use this in a Chimeratech Deck and Freeze my opponent's monster in Attack position... and then attack it 10+ times for game.
