I opted for a speed drawing version mostly utilizing Dark World to get to Norlerlas and A Feather of a Phoenix ASAP. The feather stacks the top of the deck with whatever card you can get to stack yourself with fast, Dimension Fusion usually being the best of the bunch, of course, with Magical Hats being a "tutor" card of sorts to get it, or any other spell or trap into the graveyard that you want, provided you get attacked while you have a monster down.... preferably a spent flip-effect. While there may not be a huge amount of larger creatures to immediately bring back, even if you can hit one Goldd, and a recruiter fairy out of the 4 cards removed from play for Norlerlas that you get to bring back, that's major instant advantage that the opponent's very unlikely to recover from.

Other really good stacked topdecks though are Bubbleman.... special summon and +2 draw. Yes, please. And Theban Nightmare will be a 3000 smasher on that turn, since you stacked him as the topdeck, and barring a chained Waboku/Threatening Roar, that's some serious pain.

You've given me much to think about. Theban Nightmare was a passing thought, as was Bubbleman. But other options looks pretty good here when you're "topdecking like a pro" as we say in the area.

Nicely done... as always.

Maybe 2x Ohka? Cause with Dimension Fusion, you want to make sure it's OTK game. And more 2400ATK beatstick is always welcome. (Although you got Goldd for the 2300ATK beatstick. And since this deck removes 3x fiend, probably Goldd will happen more often then Ohka)

IF you have Gellenduo, that's a strong contender. A nice replacement for a "spirit reaper" monster with 1700ATK beatstick with Dimension Fusion.

Overall, a good deck. ANd nice idea for Magical Hats for "Dimension Fusion" searching into grave for Feather Phoenix combo.

Pretty much the only thing holding me back from using 3x Nova Summoners and a Gellenduo is the fact they're secret rares, and I only managed to get one Nova Summoner from the single box of Strike of Neos I bought, otherwise, if we got the Light Structure deck light I still wish we had/will, I'd totally be running those. It's purely a monitary thing keeping me from running them right now, since Nova Summoners are still going regularly for $30 on eBay, and Gellenduo's not any better, really, so I went with what I pretty much had at the moment. I'd ultimately prefer 3 Nova Summoners and a Gellenduo though, for certain. I'd drop the Asura Priest for it, probably, thinking of dropping it anyway for a second Ohka, but there's always those times where an Asura Priest can come in so handy, so it's just a tough choice overall.

question. does sending sacred pheonix of neph to the graveyard with magical merchants effect activate its special? i was thinking of making a norlerlas deck with a pheonix or 2 and a tree born(to sac for goldd and okha as well as for hand of neph).afta all i did open 3 norlerlas in 7 boosters >< dont wanna let them go to waste xD and the nephs i can pick up pretty cheap

No, that wouldn't activate the Phoenix, as it wasn't destroyed, it was only discarded to the graveyard via Magical Merchant.

but on the rulings thing it says that u can activate phenoix's effect if it was sent to the grave from ur hand or ur deck

But again, it wasn't destroyed by being sent to the Graveyard from Magical Merchant's effect. Something like Abyssal Designator, Vampire Lord's effect, etc. would destroy it while in the deck. But again, sending via Merchant's effect doesn't destroy.
