Card Count: 41 (I've found 41 is a lucky number for me, instead of 40, it's just personal.)
Monsters: 22
Tribute:
3x Sky Scourge Norlerlas
2x Goldd, Wu-Lord of Dark World
1x Majestic Mech - Ohka
Non-Tribute:
1x Asura Priest
3x Broww, Huntsman of Dark World
2x Kahkki, Guerilla of Dark World
1x Mask of Darkness
1x Morphing Jar
1x Night Assailant
2x Skelengel
1x Nova Summoner (only for lack of actually having 3)
2x Shining Angel
1x Theban Nightmare
1x Elemental Hero Bubbleman
Spells: 13
3x A Feather of the Phoenix
3x Dark World Dealings
2x Dark World Lightning
1x Dimension Fusion
1x Card Destruction
1x Heavy Storm
1x Premature Burial
1x Snatch Steal
Traps: 6
2x Magical Hats
1x Call of the Haunted
1x Mirror Force
1x Ring of Destruction
1x Torrential Tribute
Other good topdeck possibilities already in the sidedeck:
Injection Fairy Lily
I opted for a speed drawing version mostly utilizing Dark World to get to Norlerlas and A Feather of a Phoenix ASAP. The feather stacks the top of the deck with whatever card you can get to stack yourself with fast, Dimension Fusion usually being the best of the bunch, of course, with Magical Hats being a "tutor" card of sorts to get it, or any other spell or trap into the graveyard that you want, provided you get attacked while you have a monster down.... preferably a spent flip-effect. While there may not be a huge amount of larger creatures to immediately bring back, even if you can hit one Goldd, and a recruiter fairy out of the 4 cards removed from play for Norlerlas that you get to bring back, that's major instant advantage that the opponent's very unlikely to recover from.
Other really good stacked topdecks though are Bubbleman.... special summon and +2 draw. Yes, please. And Theban Nightmare will be a 3000 smasher on that turn, since you stacked him as the topdeck, and barring a chained Waboku/Threatening Roar, that's some serious pain.
