MAJOR REBUILD BELOW - POST #4



This is a deck a friend and I built together. Its his play deck ATM, but needs some real advice/help. The idea is to block yer apponents graveyard use while benifiting your monsters (you all will recognise this type build I'm sure, and maybe be able to offer some good advice):

OK, so thats it ATM. This following list are some of the cards we're currently considering for this decks next overhaul:

- DD Warrior Lady
- DD Scout Plane
- Dimension Jar
- Witch Doctor of Chaos
- Dimension Fusion
- Return From The Different Dimension

Again, this is a loved deck, BUT we realise the need for change. Its our hope to make this a tourney worthy deck, and we know that the advice needed for such is available here. Bring it ya'll...

Lessee...

a) Gren Maju Da Eiza works best with Macro Cosmos and the like, instead of Dimensional Fissure.

b) Soul Absorption does not pair well with Return from the Different Dimension.

c) Using Dimension Fusion instead would result in your opponent being able to swarm his field too.

d) Both Dimension Fusion and Return from the Different Dimension hurts Gren Maju Da Eiza.

e) More D.D. Survivors are indeed needed, maybe not so with D.D. Scout Plane, considering the lack of Tribute monsters.

f) Referencing to my Burial Rites deck, a good Tribute monster to have would be a Spirit. So Dark Dust Spirit, Great Long Nose, Yamata no Orochi (aka Yamata Dragon), and Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi come to mind.

g) Dimension Jar isn't really useful unless you're using Helios, The Primodial Sun or Helios Duos Megistus. However, for the latter's second ability to work, you'd have to get rid of your own Macro Cosmos.... -_-

h) Premature Burial in a deck with Dimensional Fissure? Surely you jest.

i) D.D. Warrior Lady is a must.

j) Lastly, I reckon you should have at least one more Dimensional Fissure and/or 2 Macro Cosmos to further improve the deck.
 
My friend has actualy made a trade for the Helios cards allong w/ the 3rd from that set, but he's still awaiting their arrival ATM. Your other suggestions will help ALOT I think, but could/would you offer up an updated/recommended deck list showing what you think should come/go PLZ?

'Cookie'!!! Did you REALLY suggest using a 'Cookie' build to me??? I may be the most ANTI-COOKIE player around my friend, so PLEASE do NOT ever try suggesting that to me in a thread of mine again...
