First of all....i know this is an OLD question, but reading the threads havent cleared this question for me...and before anything else,please,don´t get mad and start poking me with a dead tuna or something..please?? =P (it´s just that i havent found a conclusive answer).

does Elemental Hero Wildheart CAN or CANNOT attack under Threatning Roar??



THERE...i´ve lunched a millenium old question that may bring me ill luck to my being....disrupting the very escence of my logic!!!...

Thanks for putting Tenkabito as another example....so,if a card puts a restriction on a player,no matter if the monster card is unnafected by that same type of card,it cannot do any action..

Just to further clarify, a lot of older cards refer to the player declaring an attack when in fact it should refer to the monsters attacking. Swords of Revealing Light had that issue until they finally re-errata-ed it. Cards like Toll and Gravekeeper's Servant refer to a player declaring an attack, but cards like Horus LV6 can still attack through them without needing to pay those costs.

So yes, cards that affect the player will stop monsters that have an immunity (like the Wildheart/Threatening Roar example). Just know that a few older cards should be errataed to fit that mold. When in doubt, check the rulings.
