Old Yahoo Judge's list gone?

As I often do when I can't find a post on the new judge's list, I went to research a ruling on the old Yahoo judge's list. The site wasn't there anymore.

I hope that's only temporary. It certainly was a good source for research. There aren't enough rulings on the FAQ and new judge's site to resolve many of the intricate rulings.

Yahoo has a policy that if a list is not used for an extented length of time (not sure the exact length), they ask the owner if the list can be dropped. If there is no reply or if the owner says that it can be dropped, then Yahoo will remove it and all the archives in that group.

The owner can also request that a list be dropped. I don't know which of those happened in this case, but I too will miss it because it was a great backup resource.

I have most of the list archived back to about 3/1/04 on my PC. What I could do is have a new Thread with all the old judge rulings dating back that far.

What do you think?

Is there a way to have them as individual threads like the current Judge's List functions? Or is that what you meant and I'm just being lame? :D
That's actually what I meant :)

Should I do it? I'm glad i kept them around, lol

Rulings from before July, or maybe even August, are not reliable.

Most of us are well aware that we need to first look at the FAQ, then the new judge's list, and if all else fails we often go to the old Yahoo judge's list for the answers and then apply any type of changes to mechanics, sim. card rulings, etc.

The new judge's list is in it's infancy, the FAQ doesn't include all cards. We search where we can for official answers. At times, the old judge's list is all we have and it's still accurate a grand majority of the time.

Pretty please? Yes, I'd very much appreciate any kind of archive you've got.

I'm just saying, if it hasn't been reposted, a ruling before July is reasonably likely to be wrong.

This is an inaccurate statement. The list will get posted here in due time for archival purposes, if no other reason. However, I know of many rulings that were made originally that still stand today. Those that are being reposted is because

1) people are too lazy to do the homework (and therefore too lazy to be a judge, in my opinion)
2) the Rules Coordinator and Rules Lead for UDE won't crack down and tell people to do their homework.
