One more thought on Macros Cosmos

Just wanted to know- do you only remove monsters from play that would normally go to the graveyard or is EVERY card removed from play? Curious about how it plays out given the card text does not specify only monsters.

Nah. I didn't say that it proved anything. In fact, I even mentioned that it wasn't proof of anything. I wasn't using it as an argument. Just another fact. I was just sayin'.

Ultimate Masters has been one of the most "bug-free" Yu-Gi-Oh! video games I've played. However, if I destroy "D.D. Survivor" on my opponent's side of the field that he stole from me and he's removed from play (face-up, of course) because "Banisher of the Light" is face-up on the field, he should come back to my side of the field in the End Phase, but he doesn't in the video game. He goes back to the opponent's side of the field. Kind of made me mad.

And they have DEFINITELY Ruled that the OWNER is the player that Decks the monster, not the individual who happened to have control by an effect (you can thank me for that one, as I was indirectly responsible for the question being asked... :) ), so that shows that real life and games clash so often enough to continually cast the shadow of doubt.

He was confirming that the 2006 game has bugs in it just like all the other games. He was showing that he KNOWS not to trust how the game plays things.

From here on we are going to retract all statements past Kyahote's about the GBA game. up untill the next person that posts something after me that doesnt relate to this little subject in a series of bigger subjects.

Macro Cosmos vs. set D.D. Survivor

OK, the argument is over for this anyways.

UDE Ruling:
If "Macro Cosmos" is active on the field and a face-down "D.D. Survivor" on your side of the field is destroyed by battle, its effect will not activate. "D.D. Survivor" needs to be face-up when it is selected as an attack target in order for its effect to activate. (Similar to "Poison Draw Frog".)

I don't really see it as a "argument", but more of a clarification of how its effect works.
