I think they work well together. With that in mind, maybe:
-2 Black Tyranno
+1 Alien Mother
+1 Cosmic Horror Gangi'el

Well, its a toss up between the Cosmic Horror and Moms. I own more Gangi'el, so I have more experience with that, and I love it. But that's not to disqualify Moms. The only thing is, outside of Moms and Snatch Steal, you dont have any decked options for getting Gangi'el's summoning effect. So having a 2nd Moms with the Scatter Bombs would be a better thing than the Horror.

Its kind of hard to change things without a domino effect that kind of removes your whole dinosaur angle. However, I think I would remove 1 Hunting Instinct for one of the following:

Ceasefire
Dust Tornado
Orbital Bombardment
Brainwashing Beam

Those effects could fit in with Jathro's suggestions too and not harm your deck too much.
