It's a 2 Fold Deck strategy.
1) Hit Normal Spells off of Diamond Dude's effect. With lots of Lightning Vortex, Destiny Draw, Magical Stone Excavation (soon to be 1), and the 1 Dimension Fusion, you get powerful effects but on the flip side, the cards can also be used normally as well so they're wasted. Other spells used tie in to point 2.
2) Swarm the field. Malicious provides field presence, esp if it's discarded off of Destiny Draw or Lightning Vortex. Reasoning and Monster Gate are used to swap your monsters and potentially get something big to the field.
The standard builds at least have DMoC, Jinzo, Diamond Dude, Dasher, Malicious, and E-Hero Stratos. Stratos can be your searcher for something else you need or work as your new Breaker (Discard a Malicious, remove to bring another to the field, summon Stratos, nuke 1 S/T in this case as a basic example). Dasher provides free special summons (esp. nice for Jinzo/DMoC). Divine Sword - Phoenix Blade is used for multiple purposes: Boosting, free discard, GY Monster Removal.
Lastly, with the monster removal you have, Dimension Fusion can bring them all back, swing for game. It's one of the deck types where Hand Management is less important than for say Monarch Decks because you have a) Great Draw power (Destiny Draw), b) Free Summons (Dasher), c) Re-useable cards (Divine Sword - Phoenix Blade), and d) the full swarm (Between Reasoning, Monster Gate, and Dimension Fusion).
There are ways to tailor it too to fit your dueling style. Personally, I prefer Strike Ninja (helps remove Jinzo/DMoC as needed) since it lets me deck some other cards that I like. 1 deck that topped used The Creator. You also find Card Trooper in a lot of them (feed the GY). It's not that Dissimilar to the OG Dasher deck where you ran a lot of Tribute Monsters with Reasoning and Monster Gate to bring them to the field. Just the addition of Stratos, Destiny Draw, and Malicious made it a lot more potent.
