Destiny Hero - Fear Monger x 2

Pot of Avarice
Scapegoat
Brain Control
Reinforcement of the Army x 2

Shield Crush x 2

TRAPS: 5
Sakuretsu Armor x 2

you should not be running Soul Ex, shield crush, or 2 oceans. sub an ocean for Reaper. Also, y are u running 2 Mobius? Also enemy controller is your friend w/ goats and disc commander to set up Huge plays!

Fix is in quote.
I play Perfect Circle deck pretty much the same as yours. This is the one I play now, yes I have Crush Card Virus and it really helps a lot I'm not sure what you could replace it with though, maybe bottomless or some other kind of removal?
