Phantom of Chaos: Abuse waiting to happen?

I've been going over Phantom of Chaos and it's abilities, WIth the number of cards capable of returning RFP'd cards to your deck, field or hand I can see a LOT of potential abuse for in this cards future.

What do you all think? Banned flat out? Restricted? Limited?

I would hope limited to 1. I hate it when a new card is released only to be immediately banned.
(why'd you make the card in the first place if I can't use it?)

I'm going to wager semi-limited upon initial release, and we'll see where the decks go. I'm wondering if there are some rulings or some text for this that may change the way the card is played. I haven't had time to check the UDE forums, but do we know if the RFP'd monster is a targeted effect? If so, D.D. Crow, Disappear will easily keep this guy at bay for a lot of things. But we'll see. 8^D

Curtis has already stated in the forum that the monster removed from play is targetted for PoC's effect and not as a cost. This would lead me to think that D.D Crow, Transmigratory, Disappear would remove the monster BEFORE PoC's effect resolves, thus leaving a monster on the field with no effect.

An example would be...

Player 1 summons PoC and targets Jinzo in the graveyard.
Player 2 discards D.D Crow and removes Jinzo from play.
PoC's resolves without effect since the targetted monster is no longer in the graveyard to remove from play.

Yeah, I can totally see this guy being limited or semi-limited. I'm sure everyone's thought of these monsters to use with Phantom of Chaos:

Destiny Hero - Plasma
Light and Darkness Dragon
Dark Magician of Chaos
Raviel, Lord of Phantasms
Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder

Heck, even Snipe Hunter. This guy has mind-numbing possibilities.
