please help my first stall deck

this is my first stall deck so can anybody help me with it

Hmm the focus of the deck seems a bit mixed to me. You seem to have burn and mill combined together, which doesn't seem to provide much help. I'll assume the victory condition is the Stealth Birds burning and the Wave-Motion Cannons, and using the counter traps as a method of protecting the Wave-Motion Cannons etc. Although it can be improved on.

-1 Needle Worm (No point having this in the deck at all, doesn't help with the win condition, decking out I suppose, but that's not what you are looking for)

-2 Fake Trap (These only protect traps from being destroyed, and there is no traps you actually want to protect from being destroyed)

-1 Card Destruction (I see the mill aspect again, but for mill to work, you really need more than just that, stick to the stall burn)

-2 Mask of Restrict (There is a better alternative)

+1 Stealth Bird (Quicker to achieve the neccessary combo-pieces)

+1 Wave-Motion Cannon (Same thing again)

+2 Solemn Judgement (Very powerful negation, like with Mask of Restrict, can also stop monarchs or Breaker the Magical Warrior from ruining your plan)

+3 Bountiful Artemis (I know it's going over to 41, but with all of the counter-traps, this will lessen the discard cost making the negation a 1-for-1)
 
i have made some changes to this deck so can you please rate it and help me improve it for the regienals on the 25th

i did the changes sugested and a couple of changes for the new banned list

Ooooh, we gots lots of ideas for burn/stall decks. The kind that throw your opponent for a loop and knock their block off.though I am a bit shaky about throwing the ideas at you in fear of warping your deck into something you do not want, but i can throw you some samples if you like.

You seem to like using monsters for burns. You could unify the monster into one type. Dark is a prominent burn type. You have bowganian, stealth bird, Giant Germ, and Des Koala at your fingertips ready to dole out some massive damage. Putting these guys in would allow you to use more searchers. Plus these guys have more damage potential.

There are some other cards that combo with one of these fellows. If you like the idea say so, I can expand upon it more.
 
Remember to try these ideas one at a time so you can see how they works on their own. Sometimes when I get a few of nice ideas I bunch too many together, and I tend to throw the whole batch out without giving them their own individual trial. Once/if you see them working well for you try mixing them up and see where you go from there.
