Well, honestly I like the way it looks, but if you want to build an Advanced Format deck, you should go to the Yu-gi-oh! TCG web site and look up the banned/restricted list for Advanced Format.

Cards like Vampire Lord are limited to two copies per deck. Cards like Confiscation and Dark Hole are banned. Check it out, and you'll see. Also, I would suggest possibly another Magic Drain in place of Bottomless Trap Hole, but then again, one never knows, it's usefulness knows little limit.

i already did the 3x lord and phoenix and its way over kill, not for opponent but for you.
 
I see. Well, that being the case, I might suggest two things then...

1. remove Vampire Genesis and Cyber Jar
2. add another Call of the Mummy and one more Soul-Absorbing Bone Tower

The Vamper Genesis card, while very strong and not hard to get out with Vampire Lord unrestricted where you're playing, I think that he probably won't see much play time. Also, Cyber Jar really does hurt you if you're planning on playing monsters that you must tribute for.

The Soul-Absorbing Bone Tower works well with the rest of your Zombies. You'll be wanting to draw into it as its effect works even with another copy of Soul-Absorbing Bone Tower in play. It ensures that a lock stays in place, as long as you control two. Also, you may wish to use a card called Raregold Armor, as it forces your opponent to choose the equipped creature as the target of the attack.

It's your deck. I too have played a Zombie-Theme deck before. I've beaten down different style decks with it, and mainly because I can summon Zombies with little effort. In fact, Pyramid Turtle almost always assures me a tribute-less Vampire Lord. I think what I like the most about your deck though, is your idea to use Bottomless Trap Hole. It definately solves a great deal of problems if your opponent attempts to summon something powerful, such as Levia-Dragon Daedalus (trust me, it's not pretty, I usually end up losing my good traps because my opponent plays Mobius the Frost Monarch ahead of Levia-Dragon Daedalus.)

Still, good looking deck. I hope you win your share of duels with it.

Actually it isn't because I Recycle my turtles alot and I'm thinking of putting some The Shallow Grave in for more zombie madness[no pun intended]. Genisis is staying my meta doesn't use stuff like Smashing Ground to much so I don't have to worry about that.I have been thinking about put some Skill Drain in the side deck to quickly change it into a zombie/Skill Drain deck on the fly.
 
i know you Recycle, but the simple fact its 5 tributes, i know there are odd possibilities that you will end up with all 5 oppening hand, but that doesnts top anything.

this is what a 40 card deck.

that means if your lucky you will get 1:9 ratio. preaty much every 9 cards you will get atleast 1 tribute.

of course it doesnt mean itll be that way, but the odds are there.

Card Destruction is not bad, it let's you fill your graveyard with bug monsters so you can use your Book of Life and/or Premature or CoH. Nobleman of Crossout works well for this deck.

Great choices of traps, if you have Sakuretsu Armor instead of or along with Waboku

updated the deck. I'm not gonna use patrician because of the tribute number I already have. Oh , yeah thanks for the compliments.
 
I too really hope the TCG ban list be like the OCG one. If it would be then this tyoe of deck would have more chances of winning and be competitive.

I really would go with sirch1964's fixes, he mentioned what i was going to tell ya, and even more:p
