Question about Appropriate

If my opp. flips dekoichi the battlechanted locomotive or activates pot of greed, can I chain with appropriate To draw 2 cards?
And with morphing jar 1???

You can't activate Appropriate in chain to the activation of Pot of Greed and the like. You chain to the drawing of the cards, not the actual activation of the card that causes the drawing.
So keep in mind that appropraite will not allow you to draw cards at the time that you first activate it.

That said, yes, you can activate Appropriate in chain to your opponent drawing from any of your proposed cards....

To correct the language some, you don't chain Appropriate at all. You activate it in response to start a new chain. Point though. Drawing cards must be the last thing to occur. So if I play Harpie's Feather Duster and my opponent activates Jar of Greed in a chain, I cannot activate Appropriate at all since the last thing to occur was the destruction of his S/T. So Pot of Greed, Morphing Jar, Card Destuction would all work if those were the last thing to happen but Graceful Charity wouldn't since that is draw then discard.

Granted once it is flipped up, any of the above would work and let you draw 2 cards.
