I would like to know if i can activate from my hand a Quick Spell Card during my Draw Phase or my Standby Phase. From my point of view i can not do that because if i activate something from my hand i jump directly to the main phase 1! Please make me understand how it works. :?

i'm too confused.

It's correct.
To activate Quickspells in your Drawphase or Standbyphase these Cards have to be set one round before. In this way they are treated like traps.

A quick play spell card can be activated from your hand at any given time of your turn.

A quick play spell card can start a chain in the draw phase, and so in the standby and end phases as well.

A quick play spell card can also be activated in the middle of a chain from your hand in any phase of your own turn.

You can activate it in your draw phase even if it is the card that you just've drawed.

If you set a quick play spell card during your main phase one, you cannot activate because the card must remain face down until the resolution of the end phase ( just like a trap card).

Well, i hope i made myself clear, and hope to be helpfull

This is even more important when you draw one and your opponent activates "Drop Off". If its Mystical Space Typoon, you can chain and destroy a Spell or Trap Card on you, or your opponents side of the field to keep from wasting it.
