Question on Question

"Question", normal spell card.

"When activating this card, your opponent cannot check cards in the Graveyard. Your opponent calls the name of the first monster found at the bottom of your Graveyard. If he/she calls it right, the monster is removed from play. If he/she calls it wrong, the monster is Special Summoned to your side of the field."

Can you use a card like Dissapear to make the card that the opponent calls get removed from play? Or do they call the monster name as Question resolves? Obviously it would be a bad idea to use Dissapear as a chain to question, since they would just look at the cards at that time.... or are they not allowed, since question restricts them? So confusing! Could you even chain Dissapear to question, or would you have to activate it before you activate Question???

You cannot activate a card effect that would allow you to search your opponents Graveyard if Question has been played.

The first few lines of Question tell you this. "When activating this card, your opponent cannot check cards in the Graveyard...."

You might want to rephrase your situation also. It almost sounds as if you are saying you want to activate Disappear on your "own" Graveyard.....

Oops, hah! I forgot that Question targets your graveyard and not your opponents.

Well, is there a card that does something like Dissapear for your own graveyard that I could put in the scenario instead?

Even if there were, your opponent declares the monster during the resolution of question. So you cannot break the resolution of question with disappear. Put simply, once they guess, they are either right or wrong....no way to manipulate it.
