I recently went up against an effective Deck-Out Deck that shares some similarities with yours. It was a little different in that it was more of a true Deck-Out Deck as it didn't have any of the burn your running, it was truly tring to deck it's opponent out (and it did even with my 46 card deck) It ran the Spear Cretins and Morphing Jars and I think I saw a Reload or two. But one thing it ran that you might want to consider:exiledforcefreak said:I Finally got around to updating this post. The deck has lived for about 6 months now and has gotten to the point that is it tournament worthy. The main problem I face is Emergency Provisions...
. . .Suggestions? Rates? Thoughts?

DARK/Fiend/2 Stars/ATK 650 /DEF 500
FLIP: Your opponent draws 3 cards. Both players look at the cards . If there are any Spell Cards among them, discard all those Spell Card(s) to the Graveyard.
It's searchable by your Mystic Tomatos and Sangan, a flip effect that will load there hands up and more support for you Secret Barrels. It also speeds up the deck-out process for your opponent and doesn't effect you at all which may keep you from running out of cards too quickly. (Of course, that discarding a Spell Card is nothing to sneeze at, either.)
And if I might offer one more suggestion, and even I'm a little leary of it because I haven't test run him myself, but you might also want to consider a:
Grave Protector
DARK/Fiend/4 Stars/ATK 0/DEF 2000
As long as this card remains face-up on the field, monsters that are destroyed as a result of battle are returned to the owner's Deck instead of being sent to the Graveyard. The Deck is then shuffled.
In tandem with the Reloads it's a great way to keep your deck Recycled, another searchable DARK for the Tomatos and Sangan and since it doesn't look like your attacking your opponent much his monsters are still going to the Graveyard and your getting your **insert monster here** returned to your deck (that 2000 defense is, also, nothing to sneeze at.) I'll admit its not seen a lot of play so I can't vouch for it's effectiveness, but it look's perfect for your what your trying to do. The Hiro's Shadow Scout I can vouch for however, as I have faced it repeatedly and it truly sucked (for me).
Maybe one or both of these two monsters will help fill any gaps your deck may be still missing.
