Card Text
When this card is flipped face-up, return 1 card on your opponent's side of the field to the owner's hand. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, increase the ATK of all WATER monsters on your side of the field by 200 points.

In my opinion this card is a Must-Have for a water based deck, not just because of the effect of returning one monster on your opponent side of the field to his hand, but because it increases the attack of Water monsters on YOUR side of the field by 200.

It helps a lot and the good thing is that this card cannot be Stopped by Spell-Absorving Life nor by Ceasefire but it is a good Combo with this cards, specially with the last one.

I love the fact that it returns 1 CARD to the owner's hand. Not just Monster, or Spell/Trap. It can return ANY card!

I use a pair of these, and I've seen it do so much:

Solid defender (not expected much in today's meta)
Irritating hard-to-stop bounce effect
Salvagable (Major plus)
Can actually do a good bit of damage in itself, especially in swarms with multiple bounces.
Generally nice unity.

I whole-heartedly agree. This is a must in any Water-based deck. The bounce is great, and the attack bonus is a welcome bonus. This with A Legendary Ocean and your monsters are souped up 6-ways from Sunday.

I use it for both bounce and also the atk bonus comes in handy when you've a full field and a Catapult Turtle out, great way to deal with a stall deck which uses MoP.

i love to use them to power up my Amphibious Bugroth MK-3, they can get very anoying with A Legendary Ocean and Gravity Bind or Level Limit - Area B

What ATK can it reach let's see, 2900 ATK if all 3 penguins, the ocean and starboy are on the field. Not bad...

Not only that but what about Mermaid Knight in combo with those Penguins? Supersized Mataza/Hayabusa. 1500 + 200 (ALO) + (200 x 3) (Nightmare Penguins) and add the Star Boy in for an extra 500. 2800 Double Attack. Kinda like Tyrant huh?

Very nice card. I don't have a water deck, but I do have two of him in my deck.

Scenario 1: Opponent sacrifices their only two monsters to bring on a super high level beast. Attacks the face down card. "AAAEEEIIGGH!" Hahahaha.

Scenario 2: Opponent has Tribe Infecting Virus on the field and I have a face-up Nightmare Penguin. I nearly fell out of my chair laughing when he said "I'm going to activate TIV's effect and I'll discard this card as the cost." Then he looked at Nightmare's type, realized the mistake and tried to take it back. Oh no you don't. You activated and paid the cost, you have to declare Aqua.

So this card has a special place in my heart now...
